like below fixes the issue When you say "child report" do you mean subreport ? If this is what you mean you need to check if the subreport is marked for Re-import when the main report is open. Right click on the subreport and select menu "Format Subreport", select the last tab "Subreport" and find check box "Re-Import When Opening" If the subreport is set to be reimported and the subreport file is at the same path as when it was initially imported any change in the subreport will be imported in the main report during the next load.

like below fixes the issue By positioning your second level list absolutely you'll take it out of the natural flow of the document.
This will stop the first level li from expanding to accomodate the size of the second level ul
code :
ul li {
  position:relative;
}
ul li ul{
  position:absolute;
}

I hope this helps you . The problem is that while the use of WhilePrintingRecords in your second formula forces Crystal to evaluate it later than normal during the final evaluation pass, this is also when subreports are evaluated. This means that any formulas in the main report are processed relative to the subreport. In your case, the formula in the header is evaluated before the subreport in the details section, even with the WhilePrintingRecords keyword. This diagram is awesome for understanding the different passes: Multi-Pass Reporting Process.
You could try using a SQL Expression to do a simple aggregate summation for each details section. Not knowing anything about your data source or schema it's hard to give an example, but here's the general idea. You can use any valid SQL for your data source as long as it returns a scalar.
code :
select sum(weight)
from table
where table.orderID="table"."orderID"

Does that help See http://docs.python.org/2/library/multiprocessing.html#sharing-state-between-processes.
The example shows an Array being modified in a child process and the changes being visible in the parent process (and a Value as well).
Is it possible in SSRS report to show a pop-up child report showing detail of the parent report, if yes then how?

wish helps you I do not think this kind of graph or functionality exist in SSRS yet but you can look at the third party graph technology like Dundas.

help you fix your problem I believe you want report parts, which are what you describe; not whole reports but rather sections that take parameters that you would embed in your main report. You create a report part, publish it, then any report can use it by embedding it and passing parameters. They're great for reusability. I'm not sure how to refresh them based on actions in the main report, but I bet you it's possible.
Report parts are here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee635721.aspx
