I hope this helps . As a solution to the problem described in the question Why does vim not obey my expandtab in python files?, I have added this to my vimrc: , The default settings for Python are:

setlocal softtabstop=4
setlocal shiftwidth=4
setlocal expandtab
setlocal noexpandtab

To fix this issue I started using janus and it solved all of these kinds of issues for me. Plus, it adds all kinds of other cool vim magic. Highly recommended.

It is a workaround to not having the Visual* autocmd events.

Any of those help You can write a function to test the args to see if a single directory was passed in and if it was, execute CtrlP. Here is a very rudimentary solution:

may help you . I found a solution: Copy and paste works when the end of the output is reached.
When the vim "shell" command generates many lines of text as output, a message is displayed that reads: ---More----

around this issue I am very new to MacVim & I want to know if I can delete all the misspelled words highlighted with a command? I have thousands of lines in my txt and I really need to delete all the misspelled words. They are in En_US. , You could do that with a macro:
