I think the issue was by ths following , Have you remembered to include the Viewport meta tag? The S3's viewport is 360x604, so if you're seeing styles for media queries greater than 360 on your portrait view, chances are you have your viewport misconfigured. I'd encourage the following viewport tag and @viewport directive (in your CSS):

fixed the issue. Will look into that further Using media query I created different views for different pixel count screens. But now on small screens with high pixel count (like iPhone5, S3, S4) desktop view is shown.
code :
<header>
 <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width">
    <meta name="viewport" content="initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, user-scalable=no">
</header>
/* Smartphones (portrait and landscape) ----------- */
@media only screen
and (min-width : 320px)
and (max-width : 480px) {
/* Styles */
}

/* Smartphones (landscape) ----------- */
@media only screen
and (min-width : 321px) {
/* Styles */
}

/* Smartphones (portrait) ----------- */
@media only screen
and (max-width : 320px) {
/* Styles */
}

/* iPads (portrait and landscape) ----------- */
@media only screen
and (min-width : 768px)
and (max-width : 1024px) {
/* Styles */
}

/* iPads (landscape) ----------- */
@media only screen
and (min-width : 768px)
and (max-width : 1024px)
and (orientation : landscape) {
/* Styles */
}

/* iPads (portrait) ----------- */
@media only screen
and (min-width : 768px)
and (max-width : 1024px)
and (orientation : portrait) {
/* Styles */
}

/* Desktops and laptops ----------- */
@media only screen
and (min-width : 1224px) {
/* Styles */
}

/* Large screens ----------- */
@media only screen
and (min-width : 1824px) {
/* Styles */
}

/* iPhone 4 ----------- */
@media
only screen and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio : 1.5),
only screen and (min-device-pixel-ratio : 1.5) {
/* Styles */
}

How to return Geoposition instead of IAsyncOperation<Geoposition> or Task<Geoposition>?

To fix this issue It's true, you can't use await. But you can work with promises. You have to work with Windows Runtime datatypes for JS/C# interoperability to get it work. It sounds more complicated than it is:
Change your C# code in your windows runtime component like this:
code :
public static  IAsyncOperation <Geoposition> GetGeopoisitionAsync()
        {
            Geolocator g = new Geolocator();
            return g.GetGeopositionAsync() as IAsyncOperation<Geoposition> ;
        }
public IAsyncOperation<Geoposition> GetPositionAsync2()
        {

            return Task.Run<Geoposition>(async () => {
                Geolocator g = new Geolocator();
                var pos =  await g.GetGeopositionAsync();

                // Do something with pos here..

                return pos;
            }).AsAsyncOperation();
function getLocationForMap() {
    Windows.Devices.Geolocation.Geolocator.requestAccessAsync().done(
        function (accessStatus) {
            switch (accessStatus) {
                case Windows.Devices.Geolocation.GeolocationAccessStatus.allowed:

                    // call the WinRT Component
                    var rc = RuntimeComponent1.Class1;

                    // use promises to wait for completion
                    rc.getGeopoisitionAsync().then(function (res) {

                        // access the props of the result
                        var m = new Windows.UI.Popups.MessageDialog(res.coordinate.latitude);

                        // show latitude in message box
                        m.showAsync();

                    });

                    break;

                case Windows.Devices.Geolocation.GeolocationAccessStatus.denied:
                    WinJS.log && WinJS.log("Access to location is denied.", "sample", "error");
                    break;

                case Windows.Devices.Geolocation.GeolocationAccessStatus.unspecified:
                    WinJS.log && WinJS.log("Unspecified error!", "sample", "error");
                    break;
            }
        },
        function (err) {
            WinJS.log && WinJS.log(err, "sample", "error");
        });
}

I wish did fix the issue. The is resolved now by using viewport property and media query. Just use initial scale property for respective high density devices.
Why are fixed height/width html elements rendering larger than expected on mobile devices despite high pixel density?

I think the issue was by ths following , Well, can you be a bit more specific like what scaling have you given in the meta tag and the actual size of the image?
But till then, a work around can be to give width and height in '%' instead of 'pixels' in the sticker class. Make sure you maintain the height-width ratio lest the image looks stretched and dis-proportioned.
