I wish this help you While I was copying ODAC setup file to server, it didn't copied completely. The setup file is only 30 MB in server where as the original one is 290MB. Server is not copying big size files properly. So, I downloaded the component from internet and executed the exe file. Its working fine now. Thank you all for your comments.

help you fix your problem After trying Peter's suggestion the problem persisted but now in another context : "/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework" does not contain the JNI_CreateJavaVM symbol"
After struggling for many hours, and reading about people with the same issue opting to re-install the entire OS , decided to examine the issue from another perspective, the thing I first mentioned here that I believe went unnoticed was that I restored my permissions before this happening, so what I did was the following.

this one helps. According to your own screenshot you are referencing both sqljdbc.jar and sqljdbc4.jar. You should only reference one (in this case: sqljdbc4.jar).
These jar files contain the same driver classes (although the exact implementation might be different). The classloader loads the classes from the first jar on the classpath, and ignores those in the second as it has already loaded a class with the same name.

I hope this helps . There are couple of applications which are developed in Java and they run on JRE x86 and couple of them need JRE x64. Don't think too much on this, simply install both versions of JRE i.e JRE x86 and x64. I am sure that will fix the issue

I wish this helpful for you If you installed zip archive or tar.gz archive of the dbeaver then
Go to dbeaver directory (Directory created after extraction of archive) open dbeaver.ini in a text editor
