code :
public void connectForMultipart() throws Exception {
    con = (HttpURLConnection) ( new URL(url)).openConnection();
    con.setRequestMethod("POST");
    con.setDoInput(true);
    con.setDoOutput(true);
    con.setRequestProperty("Connection", "Keep-Alive");
    con.setRequestProperty("Content-Type", "multipart/form-data; boundary=" + boundary);

    os = con.getOutputStream();
}

public void addFormPart(String paramName, String value) throws Exception {
    writeParamData(paramName, value);
}

    os.write( (delimiter + boundary + "\r\n").getBytes());
    os.write( ("Content-Disposition: form-data; name=\"" + paramName +  "\"; filename=\"" + fileName + "\"\r\n"  ).getBytes());
    os.write( ("Content-Type: application/octet-stream\r\n"  ).getBytes());
    os.write( ("Content-Transfer-Encoding: binary\r\n"  ).getBytes());
    os.write("\r\n".getBytes());

    os.write(data);

I wish this helpful for you One of these options should work:
The command argument names should use underscores (_) instead of dashes (-):
code :
glance add name="CirrOS 0.3.1" disk_format=qcow2 container_format=bare is_public=true < cirros-0.3.1-x86_64-disk.img
glance add --name="CirrOS 0.3.1" --disk-format=qcow2 --container-format=bare --is-public=true < cirros-0.3.1-x86_64-disk.img

this will help Can use imagecreatefrompng function to check if provided image is broken or not.
code :
$src1 = 'F:\Test\0374_1423730003.png';
$src2 = 'F:\Test\5030_1423722865.png'; // broken

$im = @imagecreatefrompng($src1);
if ($im)
    echo 'created img';
else
    echo 'not created, broken image';

it helps some times This same issue I faced after updating my WordPress to latest version 5.3. For a quick solution as of now, you can get over this by uploading the images to the media library first. Currently, if we are uploading images from anywhere else it’s showing the same issue. I hope it helps.
I have tested it on my own website: https://milindaudichya.com

will be helpful for those in need You can get the same results without grep, cut, awk calls. You can use openstack command with additional command line parameters. For example:
