it fixes the issue I don't understand why but it seems that this modification works properly:
code :
path("goal" / Segment) { id =>
  get {
    detach(ec) {
      val goal = srv.find(id)
  } ~
  delete {
    detach(ec) {
      complete {
        srv.delete(id)  // here

it fixes the issue Instead of using replace we'll do it manually- this seems to keep angular happy and gets you what you need.
1) Set replace: false instead of true in One and Two. (making angular happy)
code :
link: function(scope, element, attrs) {
<div ng-transclude=""><b class="ng-scope">whatever</b></div>
<div ng-transclude=""><b class="ng-scope">one</b></div>
<div ng-transclude=""><b class="ng-scope">two</b></div>
<div ng-transclude=""><b class="ng-scope">something</b></div>

this one helps. You are looking at a deprecated documentation. If you to want to read the current documentation you have to look at the spray.io website.
Regarding your problem, the current documentation specifies a different signature for the detach directive - see here
code :
def detach()(implicit ec: ExecutionContext): Directive0
def detach()(implicit refFactory: ActorRefFactory): Directive0
def detach(ec: ExecutionContext): Directive0
detach() {
  respondWithMediaType(`text/html`) { // XML is marshalled to `text/xml` by default, so we simply override here
    complete { ...

should help you out detach is usually needed because routing runs synchronously in an actor. This means that while an HttpRequest is routed, the actor cannot process any other messages at the same time.
However, routing bits that are asynchronous like completing with a Future or using one of the FutureDirectives will also free the original routing actor for new requests.

it helps some times Chrome Developer Tools displays and provides access to local and global variables in the "Sources" and "Console" tabs when it hits a breakpoint you set. It will also provide a view of and access to "Closure" variables when they're used in the scope of the function you set the breakpoint in. This is why you're seeing your outer variable when calling console.log() inside of your function.
Developer Tools doesn't provide you with access to any variables in an outer scope which aren't used in the scope local to where the breakpoint is set, however. In order to access such variables in "Console" and to review in "Sources", you can select scopes above that of your breakpoint in the "Call Stack" section of "Sources".
