Any of those help It's a view model type to use as your starting view model. Caliburn.Micro will resolve the type from the IoC container, and in WPF use the WindowManager to display the root view. Bascially what you're doing in your OnStartup override.

will help you WIX Bootstrapper is started the Framework installation by default, when it is unable to load the MBA. Check with simple message box that your MBA is loaded or not.
You can use the below code in Run() function to ensure that.
code :
    protected override void Run()
    {
        this.Engine.Log(LogLevel.Verbose, "Running the TestBA.");
        MessageBox.Show("MBA is loaded");
        this.Engine.Quit(0);
    }
[assembly: BootstrapperApplication(typeof(TestBA))]

I think the issue was by ths following , You'll need to subscribe to the (many) engine events. Most of these have EventArgs that derive from ResultStatusEventArgs. If the status isn't 0, something went wrong.
For example, a catch all at the end of installation:
code :
    ...
    bootstrapper.ApplyComplete += OnApplyComplete;
    ...

    private void OnApplyComplete(object sender, ApplyCompleteEventArgs e)
    {
        // Deal with error here:
        if (e.Status != 0)
        {
            string error = new Win32Exception(e.Status).Message;
            ErrorMessage = $"Error installing: {error}. Code: 0x{e.Status:x8}";
        }
    }

I think the issue was by ths following , The simplest answer is that since your class library is declaring that it works on all platforms that support .NETStandard 1.4, it cannot take a dependency on a component that has narrower requirements (e.g. EF 6.1.3, which only works with .NET Framework 4.x).
This is in a way similar to what happens when you need to add a reference that specifically targets x86 or x64 on a project that targets Any CPU: you are forced to change the project to use the same PlatformTarget.

This might help you I had a similar problem. The installer started with .NET 4.0 installed but later crashed, even if I had referenced the .NET 4.5 package in the bundle. My solution was to add the sku attribute to supportedRuntime in BootstrapperCore.config like this:
