How to forward packets coming on wlan0 to eth0

To fix this issue Unless you're doing this as a programming exercise, I suggest you just set up an SSH server on PC2, then have PC1 tunnel through PC2 using dynamic port forwarding.
This way, PC1 and PC2 will be connected via a single socket (SSH's port 22 or any other port you define), and PC1 will be able to send traffic through the tunnel to any destination reachable from PC2.

How to block packets received by eth0 from going up to TCP/IP stack

should help you out Your best bet is to create a netfilter hook. Rather than dev_add_pack, which gets a copy of the sk_buff (thereby allowing the original sk_buff to propagate up to the TCP/IP stack, a netfilter hook will give you the pointer to the original sk_buff as it traverses the stack, and your code actually executes as callback from the stack itself - so you can choose to block the packet, claim ownership in your module, or do pretty much anything on your mind.

fixed the issue. Will look into that further
pcap_next() returns a pointer to the packet data on success, and returns NULL if an error occured, or if no packets were read from a live capture (if, for example, they were discarded because they didn't pass the packet filter, or if, on platforms that support a read timeout that starts before any packets arrive, the timeout expires before any packets arrive, or if the file descriptor for the capture device is in non-blocking mode and no packets were available to be read), or if no more packets are available in a ''savefile.'' Unfortunately, there is no way to determine whether an error occured or not.

I hope this helps . Paho MQTT C library does not seem to use bind() between creating the socket and calling open(), so the answer would be NO. Anyway it's opensource and from skimming the project, i went through at most 2 levels of abstraction between library interface and raw POSIX metal, so it should be fairly simple to add such functionality yourself. A random answer describing socket binding howto.

Any of those help I finally managed to get it done. I didn't use bridge but iptables.
Just these two commands were enough:
