Does that help Sublime Text has packages that you can install. Here's one that does something like your screenshot for autocompletes: http://sublimecodeintel.github.io/SublimeCodeIntel/
Different languages have different autocomplete packages. Here's one for Javascript: https://packagecontrol.io/packages/JavaScript%20Completions

I wish did fix the issue. There are at least three options:
Switch syntax manually (not preferred, but easy; no explanation required)
code :
[
  { "keys": ["ctrl+alt+space"],
    "command": "show_overlay",
    "args": { "overlay": "command_palette", "text": "Set Syntax: " } }
]
elif name[-3] == "erb": # Needed a semi-colon here.
  set_sintax(view, "HTML (Rails)", "Rails")

Hope that helps Take a look at "Comments (C++).tmPreferences" and you should be able to figure out how to edit it for your syntax.
Add your syntax's "scopeName" to the scope TM_COMMENT_START = line comments TM_COMMENT_START_2 / TM_COMMENT_END_2 = block comments
code :
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple Computer//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">
<plist version="1.0">

Sublime Text 3: Convert syntax def from uew format to sublime text

should help you out Unfortunately, I think you're going to have to write your syntax definition by hand. I took a look at a couple .uew files at the link you provided, and while it might be possible to write a parser to convert them to XML or YAML, that would take way more time than it's worth. What I would suggest is to install PackageDev and use the .YAML-tmLanguage format to write your own syntax definition.
Read through the README for basic info on how to use the package, and you can also find more information in the Sublime Unofficial Docs here. As mentioned in the README, you can take a look at the YAML-tmLanguge syntax def itself for ideas. You may also want to check out the YAML version of my Python Improved syntax def for Python. The regexes use the Oniguruma engine. Most of them should work using Regex101, but to be certain I'd also use Rubular with Ruby version 1.9 for testing.

To fix this issue That GitHub repo is also on Package Control - https://packagecontrol.io/packages/EJS
Therefore, if you have Package Control installed, the simplest way to import the syntax definition is to just go to the Tools menu in ST -> Command Palette -> Package Control: Install Package, and select EJS from the list.

How to inherit CDATA syntax in XML files from HTML syntax in Sublime Text 3?

I wish did fix the issue. I am trying to create a new sublime-syntax for XML files, which would treat tags inside CDATA as HTML. I got as far as creating a new sublime-syntax file, copied the original XML rules (opened them via PackageResourceViewer) and found the section I am interested in: , to @MattDMo, the approach worked. Here is what I came up with:
