this will help I have a small database which is legacy from an almost defunct project. This database has a "Patients" table with individual personal data and an unique "Id" field, and an "Exams" table with some fields for each exam, one of these fields being "Patient_Id". , I think the following should do what you want:
code :
...
c = conn.cursor()

c.execute('SELECT * FROM Pacientes')
for row in c.fetchall():
    Nome = row['nome']
    ID = row['Id']
    c.execute('SELECT File FROM Exames WHERE Id_Paciente=?', [ID])
    for exam in c:
        print exam['File']

like below fixes the issue You could use row_number with partition by animal:
code :
CREATE TABLE sample(animal, id) AS
    VALUES
        ('Dog', 1),
        ('Cat', 2),
        ('Dog', 3),
        ('Dog', 4),
        ('Cat', 5),
        ('Dog', 6),
        ('Dog', 7),
        ('Dog', 8),
        ('Cat', 9),
        ('Dog', 10);

WITH tmp AS (
    SELECT
        *,
        row_number() OVER (PARTITION BY animal ORDER BY id) AS ordinal
    FROM
        sample
)
SELECT * FROM tmp WHERE ordinal <= 3;

this one helps. As per the MYSQL documentation it saves invalid dates as '0000-00-00 00:00:00'. It will not be considered as NULL.
Try comparing with the date '0000-00-00 00:00:00':
code :
SELECT * FROM tb_posts where post_date_published != '0000-00-00 00:00:00'
