around this issue Inside the #each block, replace with .
In your js file, number should be defined as an array like so:
code :
var number = [];
number[i] = i;
number.push(i);

should help you out At this time meteor on Windows can ONLY be used via the "cmd" prompt. Not even PowerShell will work. Nor does git-bash (in case you were wondering -- I tried that too).
Just do all your meteor commands from a "cmd" shell and you should avoid lots of little issues I think.

I wish this help you Here is a working example of iterating over an Array with vanilla JavaScript that gets the expected result:
code :
var elements = ['a', 'b', 'c', 'd'];

var result = [];

elements.forEach(function(item) {
  // Create a copy of the current array to work with
  var elements_copy = elements.slice(0);
  var temp_array = [];

  /*
  Delete the current `item` from the array since
  we don't want duplicate 'a:a' items in the array.
  IMPORTANT: There are better ways of doing this,
  see: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3954438/remove-item-from-array-by-value
  */
  elements_copy.splice(elements_copy.indexOf(item), 1);

  elements_copy.forEach(function(child_item) {
    temp_array.push(item + "," + child_item);
  });

  result.push(temp_array);
});

console.log(result);

I hope this helps . My Meteor project has been running just fine in my windows development environment until the @1.3 release updated. Suddenly, it became unable to identify my existing meteor project directory as a Meteor project directory, giving the message You're not in a Meteor project directory , I needed to updated meteor\release
It said
code :
METEOR@1.2.1
METEOR@1.3

I wish this helpful for you You have to use autoValue not custom.
custom is for field validation and not for changing the value.
code :
const SimpleSchema = require( 'simpl-schema').default;

const schema = new SimpleSchema(
  {
    myBool:{
      type: Boolean,
      optional: true,
      autoValue(){
        if(this.value == "Yes"){
          return true
        } else if(this.value == "No") {
          return false
        }
      }
    }
  }
)
const validationContext = schema.newContext()

//clean is called in Collection2 before validating
const res = schema.clean({
  myBool: "Yes"
})
console.log("cleaned Object",res)

validationContext.validate(res)
console.log(validationContext.validationErrors())

may help you . The problem seemed to be the mrt migrate-app script, which was a convenient way to upgrade... but apparently left some cruft around.
problems some of the packages were guessed a bit wrong... with cmather:iron-router when it should be iron:router and more like that... (wish there was some way to filter/vote/identify "good" packages) some of the packages were added with version suffixes like @2.0.0 and those were holding up the update... so list says "there are updates available" but update doesn't get them... <-- answer solution
