wish help you to fix your issue Figured out the solution:
I was using the older version of all the required ServiceStack dll's for Redis, downloaded the new versions of all the required dll's and it works flawlessly now.

With these it helps I believe you can fix this by increasing the pool's ConnectTimeout. I had it set very low (10ms), so when the pool was created, some of the clients were unable to connect in that short period. If the pool returned one of these clients, it would throw this error (the "0" port is because it's not connected -- it doesn't know what port it's not connected to). After a delay, all of the clients are able to connect.
I increased my connect timeout to 500ms, and the problem went away -- the clients all connect, though some of them block for a couple hundred milliseconds. But that's much better than an error.

may help you . This was caused by latency issue due to Redis running on Ubuntu hosted as a virtual machine on Hyper-V.
We reduced latency by 45% by moving to a physical Linux box, fixing the problem.

I wish did fix the issue. Your Lua script works fine. Throw away the semicolons tho, it's Lua ;) .
Test:
code :
redis-cli -p 14130 eval "local stats = {} \
stats['orders'] = redis.call('zcard','azbp.d') \
return cjson.encode(stats)" 0
"{\"orders\":10424}"

With these it helps Loading dataset error message happens in two cases:
At master startup. When a slave reconnects and performs a full resynchronization with a master.

With these it helps The error message suggests the Redis Client is unable to make a TCP Connection with the Remote Redis Server. If you're not using a licensed version of ServiceStack.Redis v4 then it could mean you've exceeded the ServiceStack.Redis Free Quota Limits.
Otherwise confirm that you can connect to it from redis-cli.exe, if you can't you can try restarting the redis-server.
