this one helps. Workbench emits that "Resource Warning" error and then deselects the "Place imported objects on a diagram" option for you. Execute it again (click "Execute") without that option to execute the Reverse Engineering wizard. Then, create a new EER diagram, select all tables (objects) using the "Catalog" tab on the left pane, and then drag them onto the EER diagram canvas. This will take a few minutes or so to execute. When finished, optionally select "Autolayout" from the "Arrange" navigation menu and then wait another few minutes.
I just tested this with 2000 tables and it works.

wish helps you MySQL Workbench derives relationships in diagrams from existing foreign keys. If your tables use engines that don't support foreign keys no relationships can be derived automatically.

I hope this helps . What you are after is called forward engineering. It means to take your model and create a real schema representation from it. Look in the Database menu. A detailed step-by-step instruction is here: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/workbench/en/wb-forward-engineering-live-server.html.
This approach is more of an occasional type, because it doesn't give you a way to keep your model updated when the db content changes. A better approach is synchronization (also see menu), which is a two-way tool to update both model and server. Always be careful when you work on a production server. There can be destructive changes (like dropping a column).

seems to work fine that means you have no Database created. You should create database first. The query will be like this:
code :
CREATE DATABASE yourDatabaseName
USE yourDatabaseName;
Your CREATE TABLE Query;
