With these it helps Are you looking for something like this:
position fixed is relative to any position that is not static, thus content & fixed element is always in center and relative to its parent
code :
<div id="content_wrapper" class="border">
    <div id="special_event" class="border"></div>
    <div id="main_content" class="border">
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
    </div>
</div>
.border {
 border:1px solid red;
}
#content_wrapper {
    width:800px;
    margin:0 auto;
    position:relative;
    left:50%;
    margin-left:-400px;
}
#special_event {
    display:block;
    position: fixed;
    width: 52px;
    height: 29px;
    top:0;
    margin-left:-52px;
    background:red;
}

I hope this helps . Basically, you'd create a method that calls itself with another parameter unless some condition is met.
In your case, you might use getMotherTree() (or some adjusted method):
code :
public String getMotherTree(int id) {
  String output = "";
  if (existDog(id)) {
    Dog mother = GetMother(id);
    output += mother.toString();
    int morId = mother.getId();
    return output + ", " + getMotherTree(morId); //recursion
  }

  //return an empty string if the dog doesn't exist
  //this basically ends the recursion
  return output;
}
HTML/CSS : nested list needs to be displayed elsewhere / using mother div instead of mother element for position orienta

it should still fix some issue I believe SQLite doesn't support constraints that contain expressions with values obtained dynamically from other rows, with the notable exception of foreign keys.
You will have to create triggers to check the gender of the father and mother.
code :
CREATE TABLE "People" (
    "ID" INTEGER NOT NULL,
    "Name" TEXT(20) NOT NULL,
    "Sname" TEXT(20) NOT NULL,
    "Gender" TEXT(1) NOT NULL,
    "FatherID" INTEGER,
    "MotherID" INTEGER,
    PRIMARY KEY ("ID") ,
    CONSTRAINT "Father" FOREIGN KEY ("FatherID") REFERENCES "People" ("ID"),
    CONSTRAINT "Mother" FOREIGN KEY ("MotherID") REFERENCES "People" ("ID"),
    CHECK (Gender IN ('M', 'F')),
    CHECK ("ID" NOT IN ("FatherID", "MotherID")));
CREATE TRIGGER checkParentIdsOnInsert BEFORE INSERT ON People
    WHEN new.FatherID IS NOT NULL OR new.MotherID IS NOT NULL
BEGIN
    SELECT CASE
    WHEN ((SELECT Gender FROM People AS t1 WHERE t1.ID=new.FatherID) = 'F'
            AND (SELECT Gender FROM People AS t2 WHERE t2.ID=new.MotherID) = 'M')
       THEN RAISE(ABORT, 'Father must be male and mother female')
    WHEN ((SELECT Gender FROM People AS t3 WHERE t3.ID=new.FatherID) = 'F')
       THEN RAISE(ABORT, 'Father must be male')
    WHEN ((SELECT Gender FROM People AS t4 WHERE t4.ID=new.MotherID) = 'M')
       THEN RAISE(ABORT, 'Mother must be female')
    END;
END;
sqlite> pragma foreign_keys=on;
sqlite> INSERT INTO People (Name, SName, Gender, FatherID, MotherID) VALUES
   ...>     ("Jo", "Blo", "M", NULL, NULL);
sqlite> INSERT INTO People (Name, SName, Gender, FatherID, MotherID) VALUES
   ...>     ("Za", "Bla", "F", NULL, NULL);

Datatype Person mother from mother (grandmother)

Datatype Person mother from mother (grandmother)

it helps some times first, your data definition is missing the base case. Assuming this represents matrilineality, I would start with Eve as the base case
code :
data Person = Eve | Person String Person deriving (Show)
mother Eve = Nothing
mother (Person _ m) = Just m
grandmother = \x -> mother x >>= mother
grandmother = mother >=> mother
Why when I inherit from 'mother' class, with the access specifier set to PRIVATE, I can't create 'mother' class objects

it fixes the issue You can create mother pointers and instances. But, due to name resolution rules, mother typename will refer to the private base class. To get around that, you can use the fully qualified type name ::mother to refer to the type as a non-base:
