To fix the issue you can do You have to use name attribute in html form in order to access them in server side..
code :
0<input type="range" name="value" id="slider1" min="0" max="100" step="1" style=width:50% onchange="OnSliderChanged (this)" />100
<span id="slider1Value" class="sliderValue"></span>
<br /><br /><br />
0<input type="range" name="value1" id="slider2" min="0" max="100" step="1" style=width:50% onchange="OnSliderChanged (this)" />100
<span id="slider2Value" class="sliderValue"></span>
<br>
<input type="submit" onmouseover="this.style.cursor=\'pointer\';" OnMouseOut="this.style.cursor=\'default\';">

Any of those help , You can use a split function, e.g.
code :
CREATE FUNCTION dbo.SplitInts
(
    @List       VARCHAR(MAX),
    @Delimiter  VARCHAR(32)
)
RETURNS TABLE
AS
    RETURN
    (
      SELECT Item = CONVERT(INT, Item)
        FROM (SELECT Number, Item = LTRIM(RTRIM(SUBSTRING(@List, Number,
          CHARINDEX(@Delimiter, @List + @Delimiter, Number) - Number)))
        FROM (SELECT ROW_NUMBER() OVER (ORDER BY [object_id])
          FROM sys.all_objects) AS n(Number)
        WHERE Number <= CONVERT(INT, LEN(@List))
        AND SUBSTRING(@Delimiter + @List, Number, LEN(@Delimiter)) = @Delimiter
      ) AS y
    );
EXEC dbo.procedurename @param = '4,5,6';
CREATE TABLE dbo.TransactionsTest
(TranID INT PRIMARY KEY, Apr INT, May INT, Jun INT, Jul INT);

INSERT dbo.TransactionsTest VALUES
(1,50,30,11 ,30),
(2,51,39,100,30);

DECLARE @months VARCHAR(32) = '4,5,6';

DECLARE @sql NVARCHAR(MAX) = N'';

SELECT @sql = 'SELECT TranID,MonthValue=' + STUFF(
(SELECT '+'',''+RTRIM('
  + CONVERT(CHAR(3),DATENAME(MONTH, DATEADD(MONTH, Item-1, 0))) + ')'
  FROM dbo.SplitInts(@months,',')
  ORDER BY Item
  FOR XML PATH, TYPE).value('.[1]', 'nvarchar(max)'),1,5,'') + '
   FROM dbo.TransactionsTest ORDER BY TranID;';

PRINT @sql;

EXEC sp_executesql @sql;
-- printed in messages pane:

SELECT TranID,MonthValue=RTRIM(Apr)+','+RTRIM(May)+','+RTRIM(Jun)
    FROM dbo.TransactionsTest ORDER BY TranID;

-- grid/text results:

TranID  MonthValue
------  ----------
1       50,30,11
2       51,39,100

will help you I would get the data out of the table, in the browser, from the client side using DOM methods and properties. This code processes your table before it is sent to the server side gs code. It's dynamic, so it doesn't matter what the table length or row length is. And you don't need to name your inputs with names or ids in order to reference them. This code has two loops in it. One FOR loop nested inside the other. The code goes through each row in the table, and for each row, gets all the inputs in that row. Then it creates a two dimensional array to send to the gs code. You might ask, "why not do the processing in the gs code?" Processing the data in the client side allows you to use the method getElementsByTagName(). You can't do that with server side code.
You could work with the FORM object in either the client side or server side JavaScript as an alternative, but there is a lot of data in the Form Object, and it's difficult to figure out and understand how the data in that Form Object is structured.
code :
<script type="text/javascript">
  function formSubmit() {
    console.log('formSubmit ran');

    var allTableRows = document.getElementsByTagName("tr");
    console.log('allTableRows: ' + allTableRows);

    var numbrOfRows = allTableRows.length;
    console.log('numbrOfRows: ' + numbrOfRows);

    var thisCellValue = "";

    var arryMaster = [];
    var arryOfTableRowVals = [];
    var thisRowData = "";

    for (var i = 1; i < numbrOfRows; i++) {// START with i = 1

      console.log('row count: ' + i);

      thisRowData = allTableRows[i].getElementsByTagName('input');
      console.log('thisRowData: ' + thisRowData);
      console.log('thisRowData.length: ' + thisRowData.length);

      arryOfTableRowVals = []; //reset the array

      for (var j = 0; j < thisRowData.length; j++) {
        console.log('---- count j: ' + j);
        thisCellValue = thisRowData[j].value;

        arryOfTableRowVals.push(thisCellValue);

        console.log('---- arryOfTableRowVals: ' + arryOfTableRowVals[j]);
      };
      arryMaster.push(arryOfTableRowVals);
    }

    console.log(arryMaster[2][2]);
    google.script.run.getValuesFromForm(arryMaster);

  }
</script>

it fixes the issue I have a DbContext class and I'm using code first apporach in my application. I have few common standard tables that contains "Id" and "Value" columns and i want to query them passing the table name and column name but there is no option in entity framework to pass.
code :
using ( DatabaseContext dbContext = new DatabaseContext())
{
    var blogs = dbContext.Database.SqlQuery<>("query here").ToList();
}

To fix the issue you can do I am faced with a situation in SQL where I want to essentially loop through a query and have it run multiple times while replacing values in parts of the SELECT statement with those from another table. A simplified example included below. , cross join
code :
 Select t1.product, t1.price, t2.volume,
     t2.volume * t1.price revenue
 from table1 t1 cross join table2 t2
declare @t1 table (product char(1), price int)
declare @t2 table (volume int)
insert @t1(product, price)
values ('A', 2), ('B', 4),('C', 6),('D', 1)
insert @t2(volume) values (1), (2), (3)

Select t1.product, t1.price, t2.volume,
     t2.volume * t1.price revenue
 from @t1 t1 cross join @t2 t2
