wish of those help doing multiple rows per transaction, and per query will make it go faster,
when faced with a similar problem I put multiple rows in the values part of the insert query, but you have complicated insert queries, so you'll likely need a different approach.
code :
insert into temptable values ( /* row1 data */ ) ,( /* row2 data */ ) etc...
delete from temptable using livetable where /* .join condition */ ;
delete from temptable where id not in
  ( select distinct on ( /* unique columns */) id from temptable);
insert into livetable ( /* columns */ )
  select /* columns */ from temptable;

Hope that helps I'd recommend using SQL Server's SSIS functionality to connect to the SQLite database through ODBC/OLEDB, and then import the tables as required.
This is easy to get started - in SQL Server Management Studio, create an empty database - and then right mouse on it, select tasks - and then import/export data. This will get you going as the GUI is easy to use.

may help you . If you're willing to convert the XML to a delimited format of some kind (i.e. CSV), then here are a couple options:
The COPY command in cqlsh. This actually got a big performance boost in a recent version of Cassandra. The cassandra-loader utility. This is a lot more flexible and has a bunch of different options you can tweak depending on the file format.

wish helps you you need to do a select from that ALLFILENAMES table. You can't just specified the tablename + column name like that and expect it to work
also you need to specify the full path in the FROM file name
code :
Declare @sql varchar(max)
select   @sql = isnull(@sql , '')
    + 'BULK INSERT BULKACT FROM ''C:\my_path\CSV Files\' + ALLFILENAMES.subdirectory + ''' '
    + '     WITH (
            DATAFILETYPE = ''char'',
            FIELDTERMINATOR = '','',
            ROWTERMINATOR = ''\n'',
            FIRSTROW = 2
        ); ' + char(13)
print @sql
what to use instead of bulk load? Got error 'do not have permission to use the bulk load statement'

With these it helps Try using the SQL Server Import and Export Wizard.
Right click on the database in in Object Explorer within SSMS. Go to Tasks > Import Data Select "Flat File Source" for your data source and follow the wizard to specify delimiters, etc.
