I wish this help you This is as straightforward as it can get.
Example via Parse.com Docs:
code :
ParseObject gameScore = new ParseObject("GameScore");
gameScore.put("score", 1337);
gameScore.put("playerName", "Sean Plott");
gameScore.put("cheatMode", false);
gameScore.saveInBackground();
 ParseObject car= new ParseObject("Cars");
    car.put("Cost", "$6,000");
    car.put("Type", "4 Wheel Drive");
    car.saveInBackground();

help you fix your problem you can use odbc and a library to connect via that odbc connection to the database.

New Data save to Mutable Array in Parse not calling save function

may help you . I was able to properly add a new array from a single object if nothing else was available by plainly adding a new object to Parse:
code :
- (IBAction)saveButton:(id)sender
{
    [getData showGlobalProgressHUDWithTitle:@"Saving Test"];
    PFQuery *tankQuery = [PFQuery queryWithClassName:@"WaterTests"];
    [tankQuery whereKey:@"tankObjectId" equalTo:_passedValue];
    PFObject *testObject = [[PFObject alloc] initWithClassName:@"WaterTests"];

    [tankQuery findObjectsInBackgroundWithBlock:^(NSArray *objects, NSError *error) {
        if (objects.count == 0)
        {
            [testObject setObject:_passedValue forKey:@"tankObjectId"];
            [testObject addObject:addCalcium.text forKey:@"calciumArray"];
            [testObject addObject:addNitrate.text forKey:@"nitrateArray"];
            [testObject addObject:addPhosphate.text forKey:@"phosphateArray"];
            [testObject addObject:addSalinity.text forKey:@"salinityArray"];
            [testObject addObject:addAlk.text forKey:@"alkArray"];
            [testObject addObject:addPH.text forKey:@"phArray"];
            [testObject addObject:addTemp.text forKey:@"tempArray"];

            [testObject saveInBackgroundWithBlock:^(BOOL succeeded, NSError *error) {
                if (!error)
                {
                    [getData dismissGlobalHUD];
                    [self hideTestView];
                    NSLog(@"Something, somewhere, saved.");
                }
                else
                {
                    NSLog(@"HOORAY ERROR: %@", error);
                }
                [_chartView reloadData];
            }];
        }
        else if (objects.count != 0)
        {
            for (PFObject *object in objects)
            {
                [object addObject:addCalcium.text forKey:@"calciumArray"];
                [object addObject:addNitrate.text forKey:@"nitrateArray"];
                [object addObject:addPhosphate.text forKey:@"phosphateArray"];
                [object addObject:addSalinity.text forKey:@"salinityArray"];
                [object addObject:addAlk.text forKey:@"alkArray"];
                [object addObject:addPH.text forKey:@"phArray"];
                [object addObject:addTemp.text forKey:@"tempArray"];

                [object saveInBackgroundWithBlock:^(BOOL succeeded, NSError *error)
                {
                    if (!error)
                    {
                        [getData dismissGlobalHUD];
                        [self hideTestView];
                        [_chartView reloadData];
                        NSLog(@"Here we go again");
                    }
                }];
            }
        }
    }];
}

I wish this help you Yes, Parse does provide methods to save username, passwords like setUsername(params) and setPassword(params) but if you want to add more data to the tables, you can create more columns according to your needs as I did in this code snippet.
If you have come columns created already in parse back-end like name, phone,address,cityState,companyId, this is how I am doing it.
code :
private void savetoParse() {

        ParseUser user = new ParseUser();
        user.setUsername(usernameEditText.getText().toString());
        user.setPassword(passEditText.getText().toString());
        user.put("name", nameEditText.getText().toString());
        user.setEmail(emailEditText.getText().toString());
        user.put("phone", phoneNoEditText.getText().toString());
        user.put("address", addressEditText.getText().toString());
        user.put("cityState", cityStateEditText.getText().toString());
        user.put("companyID", compSchoolIdEditText.getText().toString());

        user.signUpInBackground(new SignUpCallback() {

            @Override
            public void done(ParseException e) {

                if (e != null) {

                    Toast.makeText(SignupActivityUpdate.this,
                            "Saving user failed.", Toast.LENGTH_SHORT).show();
                    Log.w(TAG,
                            "Error : " + e.getMessage() + ":::" + e.getCode());

                    if (e.getCode() == 202) {

                        Toast.makeText(
                                SignupActivityUpdate.this,
                                "Username already taken. \n Please choose another username.",
                                Toast.LENGTH_LONG).show();
                        usernameEditText.setText("");
                        passEditText.setText("");
                        confirmPassEditText.setText("");

                    }

                } else {

                    Toast.makeText(SignupActivityUpdate.this, "User Saved",
                            Toast.LENGTH_SHORT).show();

                    /*Do some things here if you want to.*/

                }

            }
        });

Does that help I recommend that you don't overwrite internal methods like the save function as it may cause confusion, however if you must then we can take a look at solutions people have published using Backbone, the library that Parse is based on. For example:
http://enzolutions.com/articles/2015/01/20/how-to-overwrite-backbone-model-save-function/
code :
var parseObj = Parse.Object.extend("ParseObjClassName", {
    save: function(options, arg2, arg3) {
        console.log("new saved method");
        Parse.Object.prototype.save.call(this, options, arg2, arg3);
    }
});
