seems to work fine I want to insert a log in LogCat that when I click on it jumps to its line like some error logs that are generated by system. , I found it:
code :
public static void showLogCat(String tag, String msg) {

        StackTraceElement[] stackTraceElement = Thread.currentThread()
                .getStackTrace();
        int currentIndex = -1;
        for (int i = 0; i < stackTraceElement.length; i++) {
            if (stackTraceElement[i].getMethodName().compareTo("showLogCat") == 0)
            {
                currentIndex = i + 1;
                break;
            }
        }

        String fullClassName = stackTraceElement[currentIndex].getClassName();
        String className = fullClassName.substring(fullClassName
                .lastIndexOf(".") + 1);
        String methodName = stackTraceElement[currentIndex].getMethodName();
        String lineNumber = String
                .valueOf(stackTraceElement[currentIndex].getLineNumber());

        Log.i(tag, msg);
        Log.i(tag + " position", "at " + fullClassName + "." + methodName + "("
                + className + ".java:" + lineNumber + ")");

    }
showLogCat("tag", "message");

it fixes the issue Android studio will navigate to the line where the exception occurred by double clicking on the logcat. I think your viewing logcat from "Android Device Monitor". If so close it and you will get the default logcat at the bottom of the android studio window.

I hope this helps you . I was able to figure this out. In app/code/core/Mage/Core/Model/App.php, look for:
code :
public function loadCache($id)
{
    return $this->_cache->load($id);
}
public function loadCache($id)
{
    if (strstr($id, 'b1b5d70')) {
        $currentUrl = Mage::helper('core/url')->getCurrentUrl();
        $cacheId = $this->_cache->load($id);
        $stack = Varien_Debug::backtrace(true, true);
        Mage::log("Mage_Core_Model_App: " . $id, null, "memcacheKeys.log", true);
        Mage::log($currentUrl, null, "memcacheKeys.log", true);
        Mage::log($cacheId, null, "memcacheKeys.log", true);
        Mage::log($stack, null, "memcacheKeys.log", true);
    }
    return $this->_cache->load($id);
}

wish helps you You can always access the super-classes of a class by looking in the __bases__ attribute for that class. Given three simple classes A, B, C (which for Py2.7 must inherit from object) :
code :
class A:
    def foo():
        pass
    def bar():
        pass

class B:
    def biz(): pass

class C(A, B):
    pass
for base in C.__bases__:
    if 'foo' in base.__dict__:
        print("Attribute: '{}' defined in {}".format("foo", base))
Attribute: 'foo' defined in <class '__main__.A'>
# get all attributes of class C
vars = [classVar for classVar in dir(C) if not classVar.startswith('__')]

# iterate through all bases:
for base in C.__bases__:
    for attr in vars:
        if attr in base.__dict__:
            print("Attribute: '{}' defined in {}".format(attr, base))
Attribute: 'bar' defined in <class '__main__.A'>
Attribute: 'foo' defined in <class '__main__.A'>
Attribute: 'biz' defined in <class '__main__.B'>
class C(A, B):
    def another(): pass

class D(C): pass
# hold D's attributes (functions names, variables.)
attrs = [var for var in dir(D) if not var.startswith('__')]
# vars contents: ['another', 'bar', 'biz', 'foo']

for base in D.__mro__:
    for attr in attrs:
        if attr in base.__dict__:
            print("Attribute: '{}' defined in {}".format(attr, base))
Attribute: 'another' defined in <class '__main__.C'>
Attribute: 'bar' defined in <class '__main__.A'>
Attribute: 'foo' defined in <class '__main__.A'>
Attribute: 'biz' defined in <class '__main__.B'>

I hope this helps . Those numbers at the end of the end of the lines (in the parenthesis with the file names) are the line number upon which the error occurred. Find the files that deal with your program and look at the corresponding line number initcated (In this case MainActivity.java line 171).
