it fixes the issue I am trying to call an associative array and I am confused why this would not work. , Your array is associative so $test[0] doesn't exist.
code :
$test['e7a36fadf2410205f0768da1b61156d9']['rowid']
$first_element = reset($test);
$first_element['row_id'];
initialise list with every element is a an associative array and last elment of the associative array is two d array in

wish helps you You need to say much more about what it is you are trying to do, but this may help: it initialises a Perl data structure in the way you have described. Note that there can be no "last" element of a hash (a better name than "associative array") as hashes are unordered. I have used the customers field of the data to hold the 2D array you talked about.
code :
use strict;
use warnings;

my @list = (
  {
    id => 1,
    name => 'cattle',
    customers => [
      [ 'World Bank', 'Space Marines', 'Undersea Exploration' ],
      [ 1, 2, 3 ],
      [ 0.0500, 0.6322, 0.9930 ],
    ],
  },
  {
    id => 2,
    name => 'arable',
    customers => [
      [ 'Jack Spratt', 'Molly Malone', 'The Whistler' ],
      [ 4, 5, 6 ],
      [ 0.0022, 0.1130, 0.6930 ],
    ],
  },
  {
    id => 3,
    name => 'seafood',
    customers => [
      [ 'Tai Chi School of Fishery', 'Latin Intermediary College', 'Ping Pong Gymnastics' ],
      [ 7, 8, 9 ],
      [ 0.0012, 0.8540, 0.9817 ],
    ],
  },
);

hope this fix your issue Well you could do something like this as there are only 2 items in the result set and if tID is unique.
code :
while($arrTranslations = $result->fetch_assoc()){
    $translations[$arrTranslations["tID"]] = $arrTranslations["en"];
}
array(3)
  [1]=>"Value1"
  [2]=>"Value2"
  [3]=>"Value3"

fixed the issue. Will look into that further I have created a form that produces a multi-dimensional post array. I want to change to array so I can insert it into my table. , Give this a try:
code :
foreach($dist as $client)
{
  foreach($drawings as $drawing)
  {
    //determine the index for your current drawings
    $index = count($test);
    $test[$index]['temp_dwg_id']= $drawing['temp_dwg_id'];
    $test[$index]['temp_dwg_rev']= $drawing['temp_dwg_rev'];
    $test[$index]['project_no']= $project_no;
    $test[$index]['client_id']= $client['client_id'];
  }
}
foreach($dist as $client)
{
  foreach($drawings as $drawing)
  {
    $newDrawing = array(
      'temp_dwg_id'  => $drawing['temp_dwg_id'],
      'temp_dwg_rev' => $drawing['temp_dwg_rev'],
      'project_no'   => $project_no,
      'client_id'    => $client['client_id'],
    );
    array_push($test, $newDrawing);
  }
}

hop of those help? You could use Object.assign with an array as target object.
code :
var data = { 0: { abc: 123, xyz: 456, foo: null, bar: 0 }, 1: { abc: 235, xyz: 556, foo: null, bar: 0 } },
    array = Object.assign([], data);

console.log(array);
var data = { 0: { abc: 123, xyz: 456, foo: null, bar: 0 }, 1: { abc: 235, xyz: 556, foo: null, bar: 0 } },
    array = Object.values(data);

console.log(array);
