wish help you to fix your issue If you are using jQuery and you have a separate html and php (MVC)
define a div in the form called error_container
code :
$html = "<div id='errors'>$errors_1</div>";
echo json_encode($html);
success:function(result){
   $("#error_container").html(result);
}
//form validation now occurs
<?php
    if (isset($_POST['login']))
    {
        $username = trim($_POST['login_username']);
        $password = trim($_POST['login_password']);

        //checks if correct credentials were given
        $login = login($username, $password);
        if ($login === FALSE)
        {
            $errors[] = 'That username/password combination is incorrect';
            $errors_1 = output_errors($errors);
        }
    }
?>

<!-- check is variable isset -->

<?php if(isset($errors_1)) { ?>

<div id='errors'><?php echo $errors_1; ?></div>

<?php } ?>

<form id="password_form" action="" method="post">
    Username: </br>
    <input type="text" name="login_username"></br>
    Password:</br>
    <input type="password" name="login_password">
    </br>
    <input type="submit" name="login" value="Log in">
</form>

Any of those help I'm just going to run a list of ideas here.
Is this plain SSH or are you using e.g. -o ProxyCommand or another tunnel of sorts?

should help you out I think your pushing a reference to "t".
everytime its changed - all your array elements are changing , because they are all referencing to the same parameter => "t".

I wish this help you You can combine the stream extraction and testing the stream state by changing:
code :
while(infile)
{
    infile >> temp.last >> temp.first >> temp.grade;
    ...
}
while(infile >> temp.last >> temp.first >> temp.grade)
{
   ...
}

like below fixes the issue You can use the simple pop() to take out the last element and use push to add a new element into the array!
code :
var sampleArr = [{
  "id": 4,
  "hostName": "henry"
}, {
  "id": 3,
  "hostName": "jeff"
}, {
  "id": 2,
  "hostName": "mark"
}, {
  "id": 1,
  "hostName": "holder"
}];

sampleArr.pop()

sampleArr.push({
  "id": 5,
  "hostName": "punk"
})

console.log(sampleArr)

Does that help You are using newNames.push(nameData[c]); which will pass the object reference. Instead first clone the object and then push.
code :
var nameData = [{id: "1", name: "George,Steve,Andy"},{id: "2", name: "Andy,Bradley"},{id: "3", name: "George"},{id: "4", name: "Joseph,Julia"}]
var newNames = []
for (var c=0; c<nameData.length; c++) {
    //create an array of names
    var names = nameData[c].name.toString().split(",")

    //loop through the name array and for each name add a new entry in the newNames array
    for (var n=0; n<names.length; n++) {
            newNames.push(Object.assign({}, nameData[c]));
            newNames[newNames.length-1].name = names[n];
    }
}

console.log(newNames);
var nameData = [{id: "1", name: "George,Steve,Andy"},{id: "2", name: "Andy,Bradley"},{id: "3", name: "George"},{id: "4", name: "Joseph,Julia"}]

const output = nameData.reduce((accu, {id, name}) => {
    name.split(",").forEach((name) => accu.push({id, name}));
    return accu;
}, []);

console.log(output);
