it helps some times The Graphics object you get in your PrintPage event handler was initialized with the Graphics.PageUnit property set to GraphicsUnit.Display. That ensures your output is scaled to whatever the printer resolution might be, a line you draw 100 'pixels' long will be one inch on paper. It doesn't matter if you use a 300 or 600 dpi printer. Note how your paper size of 850 x 1100 was 8.5 x 11 inches, standard in the USA.
This choice wasn't accidental, it is close to the default dpi of the monitor. So code that draws to the screen can also be used to draw to the printer. And will be about the same size on paper, even though a printer has a much higher resolution. There is rarely a reason to change this setting.

will help you Saggy pixels can be eliminated somehow with : QPainter::setRenderHint(QPainter::Antialiasing, true); however it seems it does not eliminate saggy pixels in letters very much. Other way of eliminating saggy pixels fully is creating a document with large pixel sizes (resolution) and increasing size of the image.After that we can increase font point size and line widths it prevents aliasing as I saw in my trials.
code :
//increasing line width when drawing line
paint.setPen(QPen(Qt::gray,20, Qt::SolidLine, Qt::RoundCap, Qt::MiterJoin));
//increasing font's point size when using text
qFont2.setPointSize(100);
paint.setFont(qFont2);

I think the issue was by ths following , I guess images are blurry because PDF gets printed as a preview: https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/cef/src/6006f77bd9e030e9b456e180798c7c13d19cae08/libcef/browser/printing/print_view_manager.cc?at=master&fileviewer=file-view-default#print_view_manager.cc-110
It was my pull-request which added PDF printing to CEF. Printing as a preview seemed good enough for me. It allowed to write less code and implement less components involved in PDF printing.

This might help you I think the source of the jaggies is underlying pixel size + that you are drawing this using very small 'point' markers. The pixels that the line are going through are getting fully saturated so you get the 'jaggy'.
A somewhat better way to plot this data is to do the binning ahead of time and then have mpl plot a heat map:
