I wish this helpful for you CoffeeScript has implicit returns, so your event handlers compile to JavaScript which looks like this:
code :
"click #role-super": function(e) {
  var showAddProjects;
  console.log(e);
  return showAddProjects = false;
}
'click #role-super': (e) ->
  console.log e
  showAddProjects = false
  return

http://api.jquery.com/live/
code :
$(".EntitiesRadio").live('change', function() {
    alert($(".EntitiesRadio :checked").val());
    $("#EntityID").val($(".EntitiesRadio :checked").val());
    alert($("#EntityID").val());
    $("#EntityName").val($("#lstEntityTypes  :selected").text());
});

Hope that helps Trying to add event handlers to radio buttons that are created on user input, looking at this and this as examples. , Try this in your form or page
code :
    Private Sub ClickButton(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs)
    Dim Rbtn As RadioButton
    Rbtn = CType(sender, RadioButton)
    MsgBox(Rbtn.Text)
End Sub

Private Sub Form1_Load(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles MyBase.Load

    Dim i As Integer
    Dim Rbtn As New RadioButton()

    For i = 0 To 19
        Rbtn = New RadioButton()
        With Rbtn
            .Name = "RBtn" & i
            .Text = .Name
            .Checked = False
            .Left = 20
            .Top = (i * 20)
            .Visible = True
            Me.Controls.Add(Rbtn)
            AddHandler Rbtn.Click, AddressOf ClickButton
        End With
    Next

End Sub

it fixes the issue With jQuery, you can do something like this (which disables the radio buttons with class radio when the user clicks into the text field):
code :
$("#location").click(function(){
    $(".radio").prop("disabled", true);
});
$("#location").blur(function(){
    $(".radio").prop("disabled", false);
});

wish of those help Note, that as of Meteor 0.8, Template events will work correctly with jQuery triggered events.
So the correct solution will be just binding to the change event:
code :
Template.Questions.events({
  'change #public_btn' : function (){
   console.log('1');
  // something
 },

'change #private_btn' : function (){
   console.log('2');
   // something
}
Template.Questions.created = function(){
  // must bind to `document.body` as element will be replaced during re-renders
  // add the namespace `.tplquestions` so all event handlers can be removed easily
  $(document.body).on('change.tplquestions', '#public_btn', function(e){
     // handler
  });
  // add the namespace `.tplquestions` so all event handlers can be removed easily
  $(document.body).on('change.tplquestions', '#private_btn', function(e){
     // handler
  });
 };
 Template.Questions.destroyed = function(){
   // remove all event handlers in the namespace `.tplquestions`
   $(document.body).off('.tplquestions');
 }

I wish did fix the issue. You don't need javascript for it. If you assign the same name attribute to all the radio buttons, only one radio button will be checked by default
change your code to
code :
<template name="results">
  <div class="twin-group js-radioGroup" data-id={{_id}}>
    <ul class="upShift">
      {{#each display.deciders}}
        <li>
          <label class="twin-item">
            <input type="radio" name="rbtn" value={{this.result}}>
            <span class="radio-label">{{this.label}}</span>
          </label>
        </li>
      {{/each}}
    </ul>
  </div>
</template>
