Having trouble with my string. Error pops up saying "unexpected string"

I wish did fix the issue. You are missing your commas after each 'name' element on the objects inside the array. Note that that the last comma, after 'email', is actually optional.

it helps some times Whether you should have a string that long or not is a good question (and one you should answer), but a separate topic.
In my experience, if you are getting the "Uncaught Syntax Error: Unexpected String" error, there is some unescaped character in the string causing it to fail (e.g. '";:).

I wish did fix the issue. Lissy, I would suggest you not to use db APIs to work with the excel files. _getExcel and _readExcelFile should work perfectly for you.

will help you There are some issues:
you need to state switch /F, otherwise options like tokens are not supported; the set of for (the part after the in keyword) must be within parenthesis; your string in %%P contains && which is a conditional command separator; for this not to cause trouble I recommend to use usebackq option;
code :
for /F "usebackq tokens=2 delims=;" %%y in ('%%P') do (
  set "grepstr=grep -l %%y %%K"
)

help you fix your problem Do you realise that you ned to escape the data only for GET requests? That's why the function is called encodeURIComponent, because the resulting string is for use within a URL. In POST requests the data is passed in the message body, not in the URL
I see that you're using the JSON::PP module, which works fine with the simple JSON string that you show. Here's an example program that shows the resulting data structure dumped using Data::Dump
code :
use strict;
use warnings 'all';

use JSON::PP;
use Data::Dump;

my $json = '[{"":"#","jednostka":"","login":"SA"}]';

my $data = JSON::PP::decode_json($json);

dd $data;
[{ "" => "#", "jednostka" => "", "login" => "SA" }]

I wish did fix the issue. Looking into some documentation for the mksh shell and its history, it seems the array append operator does not seem to be supported on R39 but only from R40 onwards
Quoting some notes from the R40 changelog:
