around this issue I have actually ended up modifying the SQLServer provider so that it checks each column name against a regex to decide if the column should be included or not. It is important to note that you must do this for both columns and for where it looks up the Foreign Keys

it fixes the issue When diving into a directory tree (e.g. deep java packages), I will often want bash to autocomplete directory names. Most of the times, the .svn folder will interfere. Can I exclude .svn from being presented as autocomplete candidate? , Try this:
code :
export FIGNORE=.svn
ack|grep|whatnot special ignore folders pattern node_modules/dir/node_modules

seems to work fine I have recently discovered ack and ack -ir --ignore-dir={node_modules,dist,.git} works great for most things but this
code :
ack -i <search-term> ./node_modules/*

I hope this helps . I want git ignore to ignore everything except those files and folders which are subfolders of all folders matching a given name pattern. , You could set up your .gitignore file like this:
code :
# Ignore everything by default
*
# Whitelist the .gitignore file
!.gitignore
# Whitelist folders at any level
!**/*/
# Whitelist every file under folders that match the pattern at any level
!/**/pattern*/**/*

Does that help In order to change sorting order, you can implement you own Comparator and use it to change the default order by using Collections.sort(arrayList, c).
The following example compares lexicographically by file-name ignoring case differences:
