I think the issue was by ths following , My problem was solved by just tweaking the process as per requirement. Now I just read the data from excel file and validate it like data type of the column should be correct so there should be no undefined value and then insert it into the database table and if there is any validation error I am showing user a message that Wrong input in the cell # of excel file.

With these it helps I have a gridview. Here are my columns: The column choose's control is a dropdown with 2 values: yes/no
code :
protected void GridView1_RowUpdating(Object sender, GridViewUpdateEventArgs e)
{
   GridViewRow row = ((GridView)sender).Rows[e.RowIndex];
   DropDownList ddl =  (DropDownList)row.FindControl("DdlChoose");
   bool yes = ddl.SelectedValue == "Yes";
   SaveData(params); // pseudo-code
}

I wish this helpful for you Binding the GridView to the DataTable should let you do all the same operations:
code :
myGridView.DataSource = myDataTable;
myGridView.DataBind();
Binding GridView to DataTable does not show data in the GridView, the GridView is empty

it helps some times Issue is your Text Boxes inside GridView are not bound to any field. Bind their Texts to the fields like Text='<%# Eval("Field")%>'.
Change your GridView markup to this:
code :
<asp:GridView ID="gvCDS" runat="server" AutoGenerateColumns="False"     OnRowDeleting="gvCDS_RowDeleting">
    <Columns>
        <asp:TemplateField>
            <ItemTemplate>
                <asp:CheckBox ID="cbSelectedCDS" runat="server" Enabled="true" />
            </ItemTemplate>
        </asp:TemplateField>

        <asp:TemplateField HeaderText="Module Code">
            <ItemTemplate>
                <asp:TextBox ID="tbxInputCDSModuleCode" Text='<%# Eval("Module Code")%>' runat="server"></asp:TextBox>
            </ItemTemplate>
        </asp:TemplateField>

        <asp:TemplateField HeaderText="Module Name">
            <ItemTemplate>
                <asp:TextBox ID="tbxInputCDSModuleName" Text='<%# Eval("Module Name")%>' runat="server"></asp:TextBox>
            </ItemTemplate>
        </asp:TemplateField>

        <asp:TemplateField HeaderText="Credit Units">
            <ItemTemplate>
                <asp:TextBox ID="tbxInputCDSCreditUnits"  Text='<%# Eval("Credit Units")%>' runat="server"></asp:TextBox>
            </ItemTemplate>
        </asp:TemplateField>

        <asp:ButtonField Text="Clear Module"/>
    </Columns>
</asp:GridView>

it should still fix some issue Based on the structure of your $data array, you could probably achieve what you want with something like this:
code :
public function import()
{
    $data = Excel::toArray(new ProdukImport, request()->file('file'));

    return collect(head($data))
        ->each(function ($row, $key) {
            DB::table('produk')
                ->where('id_produk', $row['id'])
                ->update(array_except($row, ['id']));
        });
}
