Head function doesn't work - R

Head function doesn't work - R

seems to work fine Actually the problem originates from what the sort function returns. If you take a look at str(temp) output,sort returns a list of 2! I just need what's in $ix . The workaround I used is simple:
code :
head(temp$ix,n=100)

like below fixes the issue Did you wrap your jquery in a $(document).ready(function() { // your code // }); ?
If not your jquery code is executing immediately and the browser has not loaded your span. You need to wait for the document to be ready (using the code above) before assigning events.
code :
$(document).ready(function() {
    $('.unappreciatedIcon').click(function() {
        alert('JS Works!');
    });
});

I wish did fix the issue. It might not be working because the page has other styles, declared either inline or attached with a link tag, thus overriding this stylesheet.
Try putting all them in the head tag before this link tag referencing css/style.css.

this one helps. Your PATH may contain spaces. First, properly quote it. And, you might have another jdk earlier in the PATH (so set it first). Something like
code :
set "PATH=c:\amir\jdk1.7.0_45\bin;%PATH%"
cd c:\myutilities\auth
java -jar auth.jar
@echo off
setlocal
set "PATH=c:\amir\jdk1.7.0_45\bin;%PATH%"
java -jar c:\myutilities\auth\auth.jar
endlocal

This might help you The code you have shown is fine. The code you have not shown is where the problem is.
In a linked list, its nodes need to be allocated dynamically. I would suggest something like the following for your stream operator implementations:
code :
#include <iostream>

class Book
{
public:
    // fields as needed ...

    friend std::istream& operator >> (std::istream& is, Book& book);
    friend std::ostream& operator << (std::ostream& os, const Book& book);
};
#include "book.h"

std::istream& operator >> (std::istream& is, Book& book)
{
    // read book fields as needed...
    return is;
}

std::ostream& operator << (std::ostream& os, const Book& book)
{
    // write book fields as needed...
    return os;
}
#include <iostream>
#include "book.h"

class Warehouse
{
private:
    struct ListItem
    {
        ListItem* next = nullptr;
        Book book;

        ListItem(const Book &b) : book(b) {}
    };

    ListItem *head = nullptr;
    int bookCount = 0;

public:
    // fields as needed...

    void clear();
    // other methods as needed...

    friend std::istream& operator >> (std::istream& is, Warehouse& warehouse);
    friend std::ostream& operator << (std::ostream& os, const Warehouse& warehouse)
};
#include "warehouse.h"

void Warehouse::clear()
{
    ListItem *item = head;
    head = nullptr;
    bookCount = 0;

    while (item)
    {
        ListItem *next = item->next;
        delete item;
        item = next;
    }
}

std::istream& operator >> (std::istream& is, Warehouse& warehouse)
{
    warehouse.clear();

    int count;
    if (is >> count)
    {
        Warehouse::ListItem **item = &(warehouse.head);

        Book book;
        for (int i = 0; i < count; ++i)
        {
            if (!(is >> book)) return;
            *item = new Warehouse::ListItem(book);
            warehouse.bookCount++;
            item = &(item->next);
        }
    }

    return is;
}

std::ostream& operator << (std::ostream& os, const Warehouse& warehouse)

    os << warehouse.bookCount;

    Warehouse::ListItem *item = warehouse.head;
    for(int i = 0; i < warehouse.bookCount; ++i)
    {
        os << item->book;
        item = item->next;
    }
}
#include <iostream>
#include <list>
#include "book.h"

class Warehouse
{
private:
    std::list<Book> books;

public:
    // fields as needed...

    void clear();

    friend std::istream& operator >> (std::istream& is, Warehouse& warehouse);

{
    books.clear();
}
