With these it helps Non-static data member initialisers only get used if the constructor doesn't specify a different initialiser.
code :
struct S {
  int i = 3;
  S() : i(4) { }
template <typename T>
struct S {
  T x = 3;
  S() : x(0) { }
int main() {

To fix this issue I have this piece of code in my setup that setup some lambda functions on an array of objects for when their value changes: , Try capturing i by value like so:
code :
for(int i = 0; i < kNumFreqs; i++)
    settings.freqs[i]->setChangeFunction([i](float newValue){
        DBG("filter" << i << ": " << newValue);
        presetDirty = true;
