Any of those help You indeed need to check if the key is present in finalData.queryData and if not create. Look at this solution:
code :
var addJiraData = function (queryKey, extractedData) {
    if (!finalData.queryData[queryKey] || !finalData.queryData[queryKey]["jiraDetail"])
    {
        //one of the objects isn't present, let's create it.
        !finalData.queryData[queryKey] ? addJiraList(queryKey, []) : null; //add missing queryKey and empty array as jiraList.
        finalData.queryData[queryKey]["jiraDetail"] = []; //create empty jiraDetail array.
    }
    //then fill it with data, since it is available now.
    finalData.queryData[queryKey]["jiraDetail"].push(extractedData);
};

I hope this helps you . Not sure if this can even be done, but I'll ask anyway: , Here you go, will preserve existing objects:
code :
var namespace = function(name, separator, container){
  var ns = name.split(separator || '.'),
    o = container || window,
    i,
    len;
  for(i = 0, len = ns.length; i < len; i++){
    o = o[ns[i]] = o[ns[i]] || {};
  }
  return o;
};
namespace("com.example.namespace");
com.example.namespace.test = function(){
  alert("In namespaced function.");
};
var ns = ['bob', 'sue', 'dan'];
namespace(ns.join('.'));
bob.sue.dan.foobar = true;
var bob = {}
namespace("foo.bar",".",bob);
bob.foo.bar = true;
var namespace = function(name, separator, container, val){
  var ns = name.split(separator || '.'),
    o = container || window, i, len;
  for(i = 0, len = ns.length; i < len; i++){
      var v = (i==len-1 && val) ? val : {};
      o = o[ns[i]] = o[ns[i]] || v;
  }
  return o;
};

namespace("bob.sue.dan",null,null,5);
alert(bob.sue.dan);

wish of those help The problem is that you created the detail band for the card like this
code :
var detailReportBandEmployeeCard = new DetailReportBand
{
     KeepTogether = true,
     DataMember = "EmployeeCard",
     DataSource = ReportDataSource
};
public virtual EmployeeCard EmployeeCard { get; set; }
XRLabel lbStartDate = new XRLabel()
{
    LocationF = new PointF(200, 10),
    SizeF = new SizeF(440, 50),
    TextAlignment = TextAlignment.BottomLeft,
    Font = new Font("Arial", 24)
};
//detailBandEmployeeCard.Controls.Add(lbStartDate);
//lbStartDate.DataBindings.Add("Text", null, "StartWorkingDate");

detailBandEmployee.Controls.Add(lbLastName);
lbStartDate.DataBindings.Add("Text", null, "EmployeeCard.StartWorkingDate");
for (int j = 0; j < 2; j++)
{
     Child child = new Child();
     child.FirstName = "ChildFname" + j.ToString();
     child.LastName = "ChildLname" + j.ToString();
     emp.AddChild(child);
}

I hope this helps . It might be little complicated question, , It could be done this way
code :
var rows = [
           ["0324444444", "3510254373", "35000", "5000"],
           ["0323434444", "3510466773", "32000", "5300"],
           ["0324444564", "3310254373", "32300", "5450"]
    ]
var combined  = [['mobile', 0], ['cnic', 1], ['salary', 2], ['tax', 3]]

var final = [];
rows.forEach(function(item){
     var newitem = {};
     combined.forEach(function(rowItem, index){
          newitem[rowItem[0]] = item[rowItem[1]];
     })
     final.push(newitem);
});

console.log(final)

To fix the issue you can do You can use array#map to iterate through your array and then use array#map to iterate through Attributes and using Object.assign create an object with all keys and Attributes objects in key-value format and return this object.
code :
const data = [ { "Attributes": [ { "Name": "profile", "Value": "UI" }, { "Name": "phone_number", "Value": "+91123456789" }, { "Name": "email", "Value": "to_test@test.in" } ], "UserCreateDate": 1524465619.163, "Username": "neeraj" } ],
      result = data.map(({Attributes, UserCreateDate, Username}) => Object.assign({UserCreateDate, Username}, ...Attributes.map(({Name, Value}) => ({[Name] : Value}))));
console.log(result);

code :
var code = "<table><tr>";
for (var i=0; i<13; i++) {
    code += `<th>${i}</th>`;
}
code += "</tr><tr>";
for (var i=0; i<13; i++) {
    code += `<th>${i*i}</th>`;
}
