I hope this helps you . If you're willing to use expression to handle \ check then follwing might help, haven't tested the expression though,
code :
RIGHT( @[User::strFilePath] ,1) == "\\" ? @[User::strFilePath] + @[User::strFileName] :  @[User::strFilePath] + "\\" + @[User::strFileName]
@[User::strFilePath] + (RIGHT(@[User::strFilePath] ,1) == "\\" ? "" : "\\") + @[User::strFileName]

To fix the issue you can do This should be a simple question, but I just can't recall the relevant API. A search on google with the term "combine directory name php" doesn't yield any results. So I guess I am doing both myself and the programming community a service by asking this question.
code :
$filepath = $path . DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR . $file;

this one helps. I have this set up and running in all of my SSIS packages, because I like to keep everything table-driven.
In each package I have created a string variable called "LoggingPath," which is populated with a SQL Task using a select statement like the following:
code :
SELECT FilePath
FROM Files
WHERE FileFunction = 'Log'
  AND SSISPackage = 'ImportStuff'

This might help you I'm new to SSIS so please bear with me. , You did not define your own tables, so ...
code :
create table Customer
(
    CustID int not null,
    CustName varchar(40) not null
    primary key (CustID)
)
GO

insert Customer
select 1, 'McDonald the Farmer'
union all
select 2, 'Jack the Ripper'
union all
select 3, 'Mary the Gardner'
GO

create table Contact
(
  CustID int not null
, CType varchar(1) not null -- 'P'hone or 'M'obile
, Number varchar(20)
, Whence datetime not null default(getdate())
)
GO

create index Contact_IDX on Contact (CustID, CType, Whence)
insert Contact (CustID, CType, Number) values (1, 'P', '111-222-3333')
insert Contact (CustID, CType, Number) values (1, 'P', '111-333-5555')

wish helps you When you initialize a field (this mean: when you provide a dynamic field with a value at runtime) it must be a static value. Therefore you must declare "appdatapath" as static.
code :
public partial class MainWindow : Window
{
    private static string appdatapath = Environment.GetFolderPath(Environment.SpecialFolder.LocalApplicationData);

    private (static) string path = System.IO.Path.Combine(appdatapath, "second/part/of/folderpath"); //make this static if you want that this field can't be changed.
    public MainWindow()
    {
        InitializeComponent();
    }
}
Path.Combine(appdatapath, "second", "part", "of", "folderpath")

Hope this helps From what I can gather you only want the data copied to its final SQL Server destination after it has been copied to Access.
Copy data from ODBC Source to Access Then copy data from Access to SQL Server
