Error: could not find function "distinct" when using dplyr library for R on Windows 7

it fixes the issue Figured it out! Old R means old dplyr means no distinct() function.
To fix this, install the latest version of R:
code :
library(dplyr)

# create a dataframe with some values
df <- data.frame(replicate(4,sample(0:1,10,rep=TRUE)))
df

# select a column from that dataframe and get a list of the unique values
unique_values <- distinct(select(df, X1))
unique_values

this will help You have a space in your directory name ("Java Projects"). Try enclosing the value of the system property in quotation marks:
code :
-Djava.library.path="D:\Install\Java Projects\Arduino\mfz-rxtx-2.2-20081207-win-x64"

help you fix your problem I am building a website using asp.net core mvc, and for the login i added dependency for enc.dll file, which just encrypt/decrypt user information. I made a Seeder class with enc.dll file, which has a key property and en/decrypt with the key. Then I added it to my service to use dependency injection feature. , UPDATE

wish help you to fix your issue I have found the following to work for windows:
Run python to check if your python is 32 or 64 bit. Install corresponding OSGeo4W (32 or 64 bit) into C:\OSGeo4W or C:\OSGeo4W64: Note: Select Express Web-GIS Install and click next. In the ‘Select Packages’ list, ensure that GDAL is selected; MapServer and Apache are also enabled by default, may be unchecked safely.
code :
import os
if os.name == 'nt':
    import platform
    OSGEO4W = r"C:\OSGeo4W"
    if '64' in platform.architecture()[0]:
        OSGEO4W += "64"
    assert os.path.isdir(OSGEO4W), "Directory does not exist: " + OSGEO4W
    os.environ['OSGEO4W_ROOT'] = OSGEO4W
    os.environ['GDAL_DATA'] = OSGEO4W + r"\share\gdal"
    os.environ['PROJ_LIB'] = OSGEO4W + r"\share\proj"
    os.environ['PATH'] = OSGEO4W + r"\bin;" + os.environ['PATH']
