wish helps you I have a simple form that posts to my REST backend. I have a total of 2 fields on the form, but three values I want to populate. , I have it working via the following:
Inputs:
code :
<div ng-controller="pfcPost">
<form ng-submit="createTask()">
    <input type="text" ng-model="articletitle"
           placeholder="add new task here">
    <input type="text" ng-model="articlesummary"
           placeholder="add summary">
    <input type="submit" value="create">
</form>

</div>
    pfcControllers.controller('pfcPost', ['$scope', 'pfcArticles', function ($scope, pfcArticles) {

    var articleentry = new pfcArticles;

    $scope.createTask = function () {

        articleentry.articletitle = $scope.articletitle;
        articleentry.articlesummary = $scope.articlesummary;
        articleentry.articlelink = $scope.articletitle;

        articleentry.$save();
    }
}]);

around this issue This question would be addendum on the last answer in T-SQL stored procedure that accepts multiple Id values , You could use
code :
some join condition OR @param IS NULL
-- Assume this is your values string which is populating the table
DECLARE @Values varchar(50)

-- Your code to populate the table here: assume the string is NULL when no values are passed
INSERT INTO #TempColors BLAH BLAH...

-- Select statement
SELECT * FROM Candies
    LEFT JOIN #TempColors
        ON Candies.ColorsID = #TempColors.ColorID
WHERE 1 = CASE
              WHEN Candies.ColorsID IS NULL AND @Values IS NULL THEN 1
              WHEN Candies.ColorsID IS NOT NULL AND @Values IS NOT NULL THEN 1
              ELSE 0
          END

it should still fix some issue You cant set the calendar when service is not yet bound. You should rather listen to onServiceConnected.
In your concrete example you should set the calendar in ScheduleClient.java:47 Thats the moment the service is connected and the calendar can be set.
code :
public class ScheduleClient {

// The hook into our service
private ScheduleService mBoundService;
// The context to start the service in
private Context mContext;
// A flag if we are connected to the service or not
private boolean mIsBound;

public ScheduleClient(Context context) {
    mContext = context;
}

/**
 * Call this to connect your activity to your service
 */
public void doBindService() {
    // Establish a connection with our service
    mContext.bindService(new Intent(mContext, ScheduleService.class), mConnection, Context.BIND_AUTO_CREATE);
    mIsBound = true;
}

/**
 * When you attempt to connect to the service, this connection will be called with the result.
 * If we have successfully connected we instantiate our service object so that we can call methods on it.
 */
private ServiceConnection mConnection = new ServiceConnection() {
    public void onServiceConnected(ComponentName className, IBinder service) {
        // This is called when the connection with our service has been established,
        // giving us the service object we can use to interact with our service.
        mBoundService = ((ScheduleService.ServiceBinder) service).getService();
        Calendar c = Calendar.getInstance();
        c.clear();
        int year = 2014;
        int month = 3;
        int day = 21;
        c.set(year, month, day);
        ScheduleClient.this.setAlarmForNotification(c);
    }

    public void onServiceDisconnected(ComponentName className) {
        mBoundService = null;
    }
};

/**
 * Tell our service to set an alarm for the given date
 * @param c a date to set the notification for
 */
public void setAlarmForNotification(Calendar c){
    mBoundService.setAlarm(c);
}

/**
 * When you have finished with the service call this method to stop it
 * releasing your connection and resources
 */
public void doUnbindService() {
    if (mIsBound) {
        // Detach our existing connection.
        mContext.unbindService(mConnection);
        mIsBound = false;
    }
}

I think the issue was by ths following , This happens because of security policy imposed from angular 1.2.
Try to make your link trustable
code :
var app=angular.module("app", ['ngSanitize']);
function MyController($scope,$sce) {
$sce.trustAsResourceUrl(video);

help you fix your problem I've walked through all of the code included in your question and I have some suggestions:
Within the TerminateActorCommand POJO, add the @JsonProperty annotation to the members that match your JSON properties (the presence of the property accessor methods but absence of mutator methods may be confusing Jackson):
code :

@JsonProperty String actorEid;
@JsonProperty String terminatorEid;
@JsonProperty String reason;

I hope this helps you . I think for now the implementation of The Flash should be considered harmful indeed. In the application I'm working on day to day I had a very good use case for it, but unfortunately The Flash just appeared to be unusable.
The main problem is that the cookie which is used to transfer a pointer to the state isn't cleared, see Flash scoped message lives longer than next request.
