this one helps. Assuming you work out getting access to the data, you can parse that structure using .map.
code :
$.getJSON(url, function (data) {
    var ticks6 = data.rows.map(function (row) {
        return [row[0], row[4]];
    });
    console.log(ticks6);
});

around this issue Take a look at Jacksons built-in tree model feature.
And your code will be:
code :
public void parse(String json)  {
       JsonFactory factory = new JsonFactory();

       ObjectMapper mapper = new ObjectMapper(factory);
       JsonNode rootNode = mapper.readTree(json);

       Iterator<Map.Entry<String,JsonNode>> fieldsIterator = rootNode.fields();
       while (fieldsIterator.hasNext()) {

           Map.Entry<String,JsonNode> field = fieldsIterator.next();
           System.out.println("Key: " + field.getKey() + "\tValue:" + field.getValue());
       }
}

it fixes the issue You are not getting JSONObject in your response, you are getting JSONArray that holds one object. Therefore these lines are wrong
code :
JSONObject json;
json = jParser.getJSONFromUrl("http://example.com/myfile.json");
JSONArray json;
JSONObject wholeObject = json.getJSONObject(0);
name = wholeObject.getString("name");
country = wholeObject.getString("country");

This might help you You have to remove curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HEADER, 1); form your curl. Otherwise the http header is included in the variable $data.
Full Example Code:
code :
$ch = curl_init();
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL,$url);
//curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_PROXY, $proxy);
//curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_PROXYUSERPWD, $proxyauth);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION, 1);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, 1);
$data = curl_exec($ch);

curl_close($ch);

$result = json_decode($data, true);
$result_string = $result['results'][0]['indications_and_usage'][0];

echo $result_string;

I think the issue was by ths following , Assuming you are already using (as is suggested by your use of JsonTextReader), you can load your JSON into a JObject then query the resulting object with LINQ to JSON.
For instance, given the class:
code :
public class SSKChanges
{
    public string SskSource { get; set; }
    public string SskStatus { get; set; }
    public bool? SskStatusBool { get; set; }
}
        var obj = JObject.Parse(jsonExample);
        var lstSSK = (from property in obj.Properties()
                      select new SSKChanges
                      {
                          SskSource = property.Name,
                          SskStatus = property.Value.Children<JProperty>().Select(p2 => p2.Name).FirstOrDefault(),
                          SskStatusBool = property.Value.Children<JProperty>().Select(p2 => (bool?)p2.Value).FirstOrDefault()
                      }).ToList();

Any of those help So here's the following code : , add this code to get response
code :
JSONObject jsonObject = new JSONObject(jsonResponse);//put your json response
        JSONArray jsonArray = null;
        try {
            String station = jsonObject.getString("Station");
            jsonArray = jsonObject.getJSONArray("debit");
            for(int i=0;i<jsonArray.length();i++)
            {

                JSONObject jsonObject1 = jsonArray.getJSONObject(i);
                int niveauEau = jsonObject1.getInt("niveauEau");
                int debit = jsonObject1.getInt("debit");
                String isStation = jsonObject1.getString("idStation");
                boolean etatPerimetrique = jsonObject1.getBoolean("etatPerimetrique");
                int chargeBatterie = jsonObject1.getInt("chargeBatterie");

                JSONObject jsonObject2 = jsonObject1.getJSONObject("dateReleve");

                String date = jsonObject2.getString("date");
                int timezone_type = jsonObject2.getInt("timezone_type");
                String timezone = jsonObject2.getString("timezone");

            }

        } catch (JSONException e) {
            e.printStackTrace();
        }
