seems to work fine I have a SP like this with dozens of parameters: , How about this.
code :
DECLARE @sql NVARCHAR(max)

SELECT @sql = 'EXEC traxs_FileMaint_ProductRecord_Insert '
              + '@parameter_1,' +  S.product + ',' + S.id
FROM   tablename S
WHERE  S.selected = 1

EXEC Sp_executesql @sql
CREATE PROCEDURE [dbo].[Newp] (@a VARCHAR(50))
AS
  BEGIN
      SELECT 1
  END

GO

DECLARE @a VARCHAR(50)
DECLARE @sql NVARCHAR(max)

SELECT @sql = 'exec newp' +  a from (select 'a' a) sub

EXEC Sp_executesql
  @sql

wish help you to fix your issue Since exec accepts an argv argument as a char* array terminated by a NULL pointer, you can just use the existing argv and set the member after the last one you want to pass to NULL.
This does destroy argv - if that's a problem, you can copy it first (you'll have to allocate some memory for the new copy...)

like below fixes the issue When running a jar in the command line, every parameter you put after Extraction.jar separated by a space will automatically go into the args array.
So you need to run on the array and build the string you want to pass:
code :
 $str = "java -Xmx1g -jar \"C:\Users\Roxy\Documents\NetBeansProjects\Entity Extraction\dist\Entity Extraction.jar ";

foreach($testArr as $param){
 $str.=$param.' ';
}

exec($str,$output);

With these it helps In my shell, I can exec command acme.sh --issue --dns -d exmaple.com --yes-I-know-dns-manual-mode-enough-go-ahead-please and get output. , exclude exit status 1 from err will get right result.
code :
cmd := exec.Command("bash", "-c", "acme.sh --issue --dns -d exmaple.com --yes-I-know-dns-manual-mode-enough-go-ahead-please");
out, err := cmd.CombinedOutput()
if err != nil && err.Error() != "exit status 1" {
    log.Fatalf("issue failed with error: %s\n", err)
}
fmt.Printf("combined out:\n%s\n", string(out))

I wish did fix the issue. There are many, many problems in the code shown:
It doesn't compile.
code :
#include <stdio.h>
#include <stdlib.h>
#include <unistd.h>
#include <sys/wait.h>

static void forking(void)
{
    for (int i = 0; i < 4; i++)
    {
        pid_t pID = fork();

        if (pID == 0)
        {
            static char *args[] = { "./child", "4", "5", NULL };
            execv(args[0], args);
            fprintf(stderr, "Failed to execute %s\n", args[0]);
            exit(EXIT_FAILURE);
        }
        else if (pID < 0)
        {
            fprintf(stderr, "Failed to fork()\n");
            exit(EXIT_FAILURE);
        }
        else
        {
            int corpse;
            int status;
            while ((corpse = wait(&status)) > 0)
            {
                printf("Process %d exited with status 0x%.4X\n", corpse, status);
                if (corpse == pID)
                    break;
            }
        }
    }
}

int main(void)
{
    forking();
    return 0;
}
#include <stdio.h>
#include <stdlib.h>

int main(int argc, char **argv)
{
    if (argc != 3)
    {
        fprintf(stderr, "Usage: %s number1 number2\n", argv[0]);
        exit(EXIT_FAILURE);
    }
    long number1 = strtol(argv[1], 0, 0);
    long number2 = strtol(argv[2], 0, 0);
    printf("%ld\n", number1 + number2);
    return 0;
}
