With these it helps Since you only have a few commits to do, rather than the whole history, I would do it by hand using git rebase -i -p and git commit --amend --author "a.jard ".
It's covered in this answer which is not the accepted answer, but has double the votes.
code :
A - B - C - D - E [master] [origin/master]
A - B - C - D - E [master] [origin/master]
 \
  B1
A - B - C - D - E [master] [origin/master]

  B1 - C1

  B1 - C1 - D1 - E1

Replace e-mail address in existing Mercurial commit data

Replace e-mail address in existing Mercurial commit data

this one helps. You cannot do this without rewriting history. Every changeset ID in a Mercurial repository is a cryptographic hash computed from the changeset data. Essentially, changing the email address as just the same as changing contents of one of the files — in every affected changeset.
Do you really need to fix that email? If you do that by rewriting history, you'll end up having something which is essentially a new repository. Your fellow developer will have to abandon his copies of the rep in favor of the re-created one.

this one helps. A possible solution is to re-create the commit you want to change, and then rebase anything which followed it to that new commit.
This will only work if you know all the clones that the unwanted commit has propagated to, AND you have the ability to modify them directly.
