it helps some times If I understood you correctly. What you want is to import a library. Put the pysodium directory under the script you want to use and then simply do
code :
import pysodium
virtualenv venv
source venv/bin/activate
pip install pysodium

I hope this helps . If you're a .net developer, you could consider something like using Remotesoft's Salamander or another similar tool that compiles everything into a single executable (including the framework).
This option lets you develop in .net, but not install the .net framework on your client's systems. If you're deploying on non-MS systems, you can use the Mono's deployment tools to accomplish the same thing for free.

Any of those help The first problem (external libraries) could be solved by first using grep -v and then passing the output to sed 'N;s/\\\n\(.*\.o\)/\n\1/;P;D' which removes unneeded escape characters '\' to solve the problem of joined targets due to the exclusion introduced by grep -v. But the time overhead of going through the external libraries headers parsing them still as it is.
And the second problem (generated targets suffixes edit) could be solved by sed also using sed 's/.o:/$(MY_SUFFIX):/' where $(MY_SUFFIX) is the suffix to replace .o in the generated target rules.

seems to work fine On Linux systems you can get the dynamic linker to dump all sorts of debug information that you can gather this type of information from (see ld.so(8)). For example I have a python program called plot_all and if I invoke it as:
code :
LD_DEBUG=libs plot_all 2> ld-libs-output
grep "calling init" ld-libs-output | cut -f3 -d: | sort | uniq > LDLibs
 equery -q b -n $(cat LDLibs | grep "calling init" | cut -f3 -d: | sort | uniq) | sort | uniq

With these it helps In a maven project, all the dependencies are handled by pom.xml. We can use either maven repositories to download the dependencies or you can add it from your local directory. The following can be done install jar to local maven repository.
References: http://maven.apache.org/general.html#importing-jars https://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-3rd-party-jars-local.html
code :
mvn install:install-file
  -Dfile=<path-to-file>
  -DgroupId=<group-id>
  -DartifactId=<artifact-id>
  -Dversion=<version>
  -Dpackaging=<packaging>
  -DgeneratePom=true

Where: <path-to-file> the path to the file to load
       <group-id> the group that the file should be registered under
       <artifact-id> the artifact name for the file
       <version> the version of the file
       <packaging> the packaging of the file e.g. jar

With these it helps The main repo of the standard library is hosted here: https://github.com/python/cpython/blob/3.7/Lib/
This can also be found on the typical Python installation in the same location (i.e. subfolder Lib).
