it helps some times I fixed it by installing libapache2-mod-php5 and running a2enmod php5 to enable the module.
code :

To fix the issue you can do This might be (not sure though) because you re-open the XML file for each iteration of your loop, which seems unnnecessary. Instead open the document before the loop, perform the loop, and then save it.
code :
XMLDocument allScreens = new XMLDocument();
allScreens.Load(allScreeensPath);

for(int i = 0; i < screens.length; screens++)
{
    XMLNode node = allScreens.Select("//Screen[@name='" + screens[i].name + "']");
    allScreens.Remove(node);
    allScreens.Add(nweNode);
}
allScreens.Save(allScreeensPath);

it should still fix some issue I can't get this to work perfectly - don't have an XML editor right now, nor do online editors like document() calls, but this is the kind of thing you are looking for.
The first template is the identity transform, which is always a hand base case for when you want to "keep most of the input file, but just change some small parts".
code :
<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform">
  <xsl:template match="@*|node()">
    <xsl:copy>
      <xsl:apply-templates select="@*|node()"/>
    </xsl:copy>
  </xsl:template>

  <xsl:template match="frag">
    <xsl:variable name='id' select="@id"/>
    <xsl:value-of select="document('frag.xml')//frag[@id=$id]"/>
  </xsl:template>
</xsl:stylesheet>

will be helpful for those in need You are using the collapse navbar bootstrap component. By default this is hidden at the mobile defined breakpoint and is used in combination with the navbar-toggle button to collapse/expand the navigation menu.

around this issue I've got several html files (TiddlyWiki Classic instances) which are stored on a USB-stick (and for it to remain removable, I open them through the file:// protocol). I use Ajax (via SharedTiddlersPlugin, but that's not that improtant) to load contents of some of them into others of them and that works nicely. , For evident security reason this behaviour is not allowed.

I wish this helpful for you Your date you are trying to parse is not in the right format. The required format you give is yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssX.
This format expects a number for the timezone - even if the number is a zero ('0').
code :
    try {
        d = input.parse(articleList[5].publishedAt)
    }
    catch (e: ParseException) {
        try {
            val fallback = SimpleDateFormat("yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss'Z'")
            fallback.timeZone = TimeZone.getTimeZone("UTC")
            d = fallback.parse(articleList[5].publishedAt)
        catch (e2: ParseException) {
            // TODO handle error
        }
    }
