With these it helps Not like you're thinking, flexible filtering is possible thanks to the zigzag merge join algorithm, but that only covers equality filters, for inequality and ordering you'll need composite indexes (that cap at 200), and even then inequality filters are limited to at most one property.
So definitively not the right use for this kind of database, what you could do is either think of more task-oriented search filters (like in the example of the first article, which is a must read), or design your query interface around the limitations and only offer equality filters, single property sorting (because each property would require a new composite index and you don't want to run out), and only one space for inequality (just be sure to fully understand the restrictions outlined in the second article).

it should still fix some issue You could add a reactive that would filter your data.frame based on the distance to the address :
code :
apt_reactive <- reactive({
    address_latlon <- geocode(input$userlocation)
    dist <- distm(x = matrix(data = c(df.apt$lon, df.apt$lat), ncol = 2),
                  y = c(lon = address_latlon$lon, lat = address_latlon$lat),
                  fun = distVincentySphere)
    apt.df[dist < input$distancia,]
})
addCircleMarkers(data = df.apt
addCircleMarkers(data = apt_reactive()

around this issue The selector you are looking for is :input:not(.ui-column-filter) (data table filter inputs have a ui-column-filter class). You can simply inspect those fields in your browser and see what classes are set. In Chrome right-click a field and select "Inspect".
So change this line:
code :
$(':input').change(function() {
$(':input:not(.ui-column-filter)').change(function() {

will help you Looks basically OK. The error you're getting is due to the line filter_col = row('Target_Column'), where you are using parentheses () instead of brackets []
Other issues: pd.Series.isin expects a list, but you're providing it a single value. You can just replace those first three lines with df = df.loc[df[row['Target_Column']] == row['Filter']]

may help you . I suggest to use the inputs to build an associative array which contains the filters you want to apply.
