hope this fix your issue Well finally figured out that the build.gradle is fine... what i was doing wrong is i was executing command gradle eclipse which was just appending entries into the existing .classpath file, To generate a fresh copy i had to execute gradle cleanEclipseClasspath eclipse which produced the correct .classpath file.

Hope that helps There are probably several ways to do this:
1) UberProject is your JavaProject. Right click ProgramA -> Build Path -> Use as source folder. Right click ProgramB -> Build Path -> Use as source folder. Both ProgramA and ProgramB will do incremental builds to the same directory.

I think the issue was by ths following , If you got in the Studio preferences, under the Gradle section, you can enable auto-import for your project (we'll enable this by default later). This will let Studio re-import your build.gradle whenever you edit it.
Creating flavors doesn't mean you're going to use custom code for them so we don't create the folders. You do need to create them yourself.
code :
src/main/java
src/flavor1/java
src/debug/java
src/flavor1/java/com/foo/A.java
src/flavor2/java/com/foo/A.java
import com.foo.A

seems to work fine Welll, actually you don't have to have a build.gradle file or the Gradle wrapper to have a valid Gradle project. I guess eclipse is just recording in its metadata that this is a Gradle project but does not add any build files for you. But this is just a guess, as I use IntelliJ IDEA and not Eclipse for very good reasons.
Try going on the commandline to your project and execute /path/to/gradle init and Gradle will add the wrapper files and a basic settings.gradle and build.gradle. You can even give the init task a parameter to tell which kind of project this is, depending on this the create files may differ slightly. Or you can only do /path/to/gradle wrapper to just add the Gradle wrapper but not auto-create build files. Afair you can even tell the wrapper or init task which Gradle version the wrapper should use, in case it should be a different version from the gradle you are calling to create the wrapper files.

Hope that helps No, it is not possible.
Just create two different project api & core. Then make core project dependent to api project.
