(400) Bad Request when using New-AzureVM commandlet

will help you The problem was with my Set-AzureSubscription commandlet. I capitalized the storage account in that command and it was ultimately causing the issue I was experiencing here. It took me a while to track it down because I didn't think to examine that command closely since everything else I was doing via powershell was working. Many thanks for your assistance and the code to track down the inner exception (which was the linchpin to solving the issue)!

wish help you to fix your issue You can use Get-PSCallStack to locate the pipeline commands within the function to locate the previous command that was used. So a function like this...
code :
Function Pipeline {
    $PreviousCommand = (Get-PSCallStack).InvocationInfo[1].MyCommand.Definition
    Write-Verbose "Command: $(($PreviousCommand | Out-String))"
Get-ChildItem | Pipeline -Verbose
Get-ChildItem |
Get-Item |
Pipeline -Verbose

PowerShell: Forwarding parameters to Commandlet

PowerShell: Forwarding parameters to Commandlet

I wish this help you This answer (and question) is about forwarding parameters, not about CSV.
I looked at "splatting" and there is a method of passing all the incoming parameters, which will be contained in $PSBoundParameters automatic variable, to another commandlet.
code :
Function Import-CsvString {

    if ($input) {
        $CsvContent = $input;

    $temp = [System.IO.Path]::GetTempFileName()

    ($CsvContent | Out-String) | Set-Content -Path $temp;

    $args = $PSBoundParameters + @{ Path = $temp };

    $m = Import-Csv @args

    Remove-Item $temp -Force

this will help ParameterSets are the way to specify mutually-exclusive sets of parameters.
This is how, for example, Get-Process can be called with -Name or -Id, but not both:
code :
Get-Process [[-Name] <String[]>] [-ComputerName <String[]>] [-FileVersionInfo] [-Module] [<CommonParameters>]

Get-Process [-ComputerName <String[]>] [-FileVersionInfo] -Id <Int32[]> [-Module] [<CommonParameters>]

Get-Process [-ComputerName <String[]>] [-FileVersionInfo] -InputObject <Process[]> [-Module] [<CommonParameters>]

Get-Process -Id <Int32[]> -IncludeUserName [<CommonParameters>]

Get-Process [[-Name] <String[]>] -IncludeUserName [<CommonParameters>]

Get-Process -IncludeUserName -InputObject <Process[]> [<CommonParameters>]
