will be helpful for those in need The way I address this problem is as below:
Created 2 Build Configurations called Commit and Publish Artifacts In Commit, I collect artifacts into a custom folder I created snapshot and artifact dependency on Publish Artifacts, with Commit Now in the Artifactory plugin, I zip the folder and publish it to Artifactory repository.

seems to work fine I've always used build scripts to handle this kind of process, since you're using TC6 you should be able to add a second build step after your VS.NET solution builder which performs the copy/move. MSBuild would probably be the preferred scripting method for doing this but you could use a simple console runner if you all you need to do is copy. Using a scripted approach you should be able to use an absolute path for the deployment directory which shouldn't be as fragile as relative paths.

should help you out I don't think it is a separate step but actually a set of options at the end of the Maven build step itself (it should be toward the bottom).

around this issue I have found the solution. using commmand line runner after the build step. And then using xcopy. This is already answered in stackoverflow
Becareful in specifying source and destination to xcopy. In my case, I had spaces in the path location which cause troubles. Finally the answer was to just simply enclose the paths in quotes.

Make sure that your file is in the right layout after the build, for example

This might help you Here are two things that have fixed this for me so far:
Copy your build configuration and delete the old one. Something about the copy process makes teamcity fix whatever's wrong with your old build configuration. If step 1 doesn't work, I just changed my MSBuild target to compile with visual studio 2015 rather than 2012 and my artifact is now publishing again.
