hope this fix your issue The only thing that makes sense to me is that the COM object is the same bit-ness as the class ASP and a different bit-ness than the script engine. I do not know, but I would guess that the classic ASP is 32-bit and your COM object is 32-bit.
To check if it is bit-ness (mismatch between 32 and 64 bit), go to the command line and type
code :
cscript myscript.vbs
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\cscript myscript.vbs

seems to work fine Probably no way to find free ASP/ActiveX object to fill PDF forms which is free of charge and not under GPL-like license. AFAIK the cheapest tool (about 25 USD) that is capable of filling forms from a command line is PDF Toolkit (http://www.pdflabs.com/docs/install-pdftk/ ). This tool is under open source GPL license but commercial license is available at 25 USD per unit.

it should still fix some issue It's actually quite easy. First of all, do an iisreset. Then load up Visual Basic with your ActiveX DLL. Place your breakpoint, then Run your project.
Then hit your page containing a call to the ActiveX DLL and it should stop on a breakpoint you just set.

it fixes the issue After long seeking I found the solution. It's kind of partial, because for 64 bit Excel we need to register library manually (maybe someone knows, how to add bat file to installation file).
I found the answer on this site.
code :
c:
cd C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319
regasm.exe "[pathToDLL]\AddInName.dll" /tlb:"[pathToDLL]\AddInName.tlb" /codebase
pause

To fix the issue you can do Your error is with rdoEnvironments which means you are using Remote Data Objects and that dependency is missing on the target machine.
RDO was a predecessor of ADO, to rectify the problem you need to try & locate a Remote Data Objects redistributable package from Microsoft, or try to create a deployment package on the development machine where the required DLLs are present and hope they get picked up.
