To fix the issue you can do I'm using a simple ng-repeat to create a filtered input that allows you to filter a list of schools. , Use an ng-if on the length of the schools array:
code :
<ul id="filter_quickfind" data-ng-show="query" class="dropdown-menu" ng-if="schools.length">

Share : facebook icon twitter icon

don't worry.. we've all been there

it fixes the issue I am using ng-repeat to render options with different value and text here, and also setting the default one.But again angular adds an empty undefined option. , Try ng-options instead:
code :
<select ng-model="selectedFinancial" ng-options="c.financial_year for c in account_year"
        required style="min-width:180px;">
</select>
<select ng-model="selectedFinancialId" ng-options="c.id as c.financial_year for c in account_year"
        required style="min-width:180px;">
</select>

With these it helps Looking at the data you have coming out of the API, commitsArray should be an object with 4 properties, pagelen, page, next, and values. commitsArray.values is an array of commits. So it appears, what you are doing is iterating over the 4 properties of commitsArray, and trying to treat each of the 4 properties as an array, grabbing the first element. The first 3 print blank, because they are not an array. The 4th prints just the first row.
You don't actually need to refer to your objects in that manner. The iterator ng-repeat is smart enough to handle arrays without you needing to refer to them by element position. Try this instead:
code :
<table border="1" class="table table-striped">
    <tr>
      <th>Commits</th>
      <th>Comments</th>
      <th>Parent
        <br>Branch(es)</th>
      <th>Date</th>
      <th>Username</th>
    </tr>
    <tr ng-repeat="commit in commitsArray.values">

      <td>{{commit.hash.substr(0,6)}}</td>
      <td>{{commit.message}}</td>
      <td>
        <p ng-repeat="parent in commit.parents">
          {{parent.hash.substr(0,6)}}
        </p>
      </td>
      <td>{{commit.date}}</td>
      <td>{{commit.author.raw}}</td>

    </tr>
</table>
Page {{commitsArray.page}}, {{commitsArray.pagelen}} commits.
<a ng-src="{{commitsArray.next}}">Next Page</a>

To fix this issue i would say your ng-repeat is in the wrong place, probably should use the standard angular way (https://docs.angularjs.org/api/ng/directive/select):
How to remove ng-repeat table row without allowing the table to be empty?

should help you out You may check the length of the array before splicing it, and optionally can show an alert to the user warning him that at least one row should be present in the table.
code :
$scope.deleteRowItem = function(item) {
  if($scope.rowItems.length > 1) {
    $scope.rowItems.splice(item, 1);
  } else {
    alert("Can't remove the only row");
  }
}
