this one helps. To get more information on the messages sent via the MTA:
Click on the test connection button on the email campaign manager item. Once connected, make a note of the SMTP server you are connecting to.

I think the issue was by ths following , You should be able to use some query string parameters for this, passing in the Id and language of your message. You have to make sure that all your ECM items are published though in order for it to work.
I've setup a basic ASP.NET HyperLink below in the code behind of a User control. You can then add this control to the Layout used by the message:
code :
  ViewOnlineHyperlink.NavigateUrl = String.Format("/?sc_itemid={0}&sc_lang={1}&sc_pd_view=1", Sitecore.Context.Item.ID, Sitecore.Context.Language);

it fixes the issue ECM 2.2 is not compatible with Sitecore 8.0.
Use ExM 3.0 or ExM 3.1 and always follow compatibility table.

wish of those help If you've installed EXM properly, you won't be able to access it at the URL you've specified (mysite.com/speak/emailcampaign). Instead, it will appear as an app in the Launchpad: mysite.com/sitecore/client/Applications/Launchpad.
In any case, as Anton suggested in his answer to your previous question, it will be much better if you start over. Right now, your Sitecore is likely broken (to a degree) due to the incompatible versions of both SPEAK and ECM that you've installed. You'll be better off by setting up a clean instance of Sitecore 8 and then installing EXM.
