Does that help I found a question that might explain what I am getting as result. But still it seems an odd behaviour. , Change the query to:
code :
SELECT * FROM `app_supplier_products` WHERE NOT (`flag` <=> 'EOL') AND `supplier_id` = 1 AND `updated` < '2014-11-29 07:15:01'
SELECT * FROM `app_supplier_products` WHERE (`flag` IS NULL OR FLAG != 'EOL') AND `supplier_id` = 1 AND `updated` < '2014-11-29 07:15:01'

should help you out It's probably because you are comparing different incompatible types (e.g. strings and integers). If so, then the order depends on the alphabetical order of the type names.
code :
>>> '2' > 3
True

I wish this helpful for you There is an extra, non visible, character between your quotes.
If you type this out, you will get 'boring' because 0=="" evaluates to true, Number(true) evalutes to 1.
code :
0==""
0==""

will help you Let's take the following program (called charco.cpp and intentionally starts with //):
code :
while (c2 != 246^252)
while ((c2 != 246)^252) // Fail, bool^252
while (c2 != (246^252)) // Correct, c2 != 10

I wish did fix the issue. The first equality is simple, it's a comparison between the same object (same reference), so it returns true.
The second one is a bit tricky, so I'll try to explain better below.
