This might help you I'm using the next simple html code - , Use data-* attribute instead.
code :
.tooltip {
  display: inline;
  position: relative;
  top: 50px;
}
.tooltip:hover:after {
  background: #333;
  background: rgba(0, 0, 0, .8);
  border-radius: 5px;
  bottom: 26px;
  color: #fff;
  content: attr(data-title);
  left: 20%;
  padding: 5px 15px;
  position: absolute;
  z-index: 98;
  width: 220px;
}
.tooltip:hover:before {
  border: solid;
  border-color: #333 transparent;
  border-width: 6px 6px 0 6px;
  bottom: 20px;
  content: "";
  left: 50%;
  position: absolute;
  z-index: 99;
}
<a href="#" data-title="This is some information for our tooltip." class="tooltip"><span>CSS3 Tooltip</span></a>

this will help This is because the popover javascript extends the tooltip javascript, and the tooltip javascript was (i believe) intended to replace the default tooltip that is set by the title attribute.
This code is the culprit (in bootstrap-tooltip.js, like 253ish)
code :
, fixTitle: function () {
  var $e = this.$element
  if ($e.attr('title') || typeof($e.attr('data-original-title')) != 'string') {
    $e.attr('data-original-title', $e.attr('title') || '').attr('title', '')
  }
}
what is the purpose and usage of data-value, data-title, data-original-title, original-title, etc.?

Hope that helps Simply, the specification for custom data attributes states that any attribute that starts with “data-” will be treated as a storage area for private data (private in the sense that the end user can’t see it – it doesn’t affect layout or presentation).
This allows you to write valid HTML markup (passing an HTML 5 validator) while, simultaneously, embedding data within your page. A quick example:
code :
 <li class="user" data-name="John Resig" data-city="Boston"
        data-lang="js" data-food="Bacon">
      <b>John says:</b> <span>Hello, how are you?</span>
    </li>

I wish this help you If found a workaround for my problem using Modge's link about splashscreen.
It doesn't solve the problem itself but remains a good workaround.
Cannot read property 'title' of undefined, but title is displayed

like below fixes the issue You'll run into this A TON in angular unless you familiarize yourself with the Angular Template Syntax. Specifically the use of the *ngIf and the elvis operator ?.
For example, if you are just wanting to display the title you could do the following to make sure the page doesn't try to render the title until it has one.
code :
<h1 *ngIf="title">{{ title }}</h1>
<h1>{{ page?.title }}</h1>

I wish this help you As I told you in comments, you should use a custom sort method to sort by brand then by vin :
code :
customSort(e) {
    this.cars.sort(function (a, b) {
      let aGroup = a.brand.toLowerCase();
      let bGroup = b.brand.toLowerCase();
      if (aGroup > bGroup) return 1;
      if (aGroup < bGroup) return -1;
      let aSort = a.vin.toLowerCase();
      let bSort = b.vin.toLowerCase();
      if (aSort > bSort) return 1;
      if (aSort < bSort) return -1;
      return 0
    });
  }
