hope this fix your issue Just turn \s* to \s+ in your regex because \s* matches an empty string also(ie, \s* matches zero or more spaces) also and you don't need to have a capturing group.

To fix this issue I'm trying to build a regular expression that doesn't allow only whitespaces, but, for example, does allow , You can use this regex:

Hope this helps I need to match my string if it starts with any number of whitespaces or ends with any number of spaces: , modify it to the following
code :
