fixed the issue. Will look into that further Most likely there is only one instance of DemoApp.store.GenericGrid.
Frankly, I only guess because I see that you call Ext.getStore("DemoApp.store.GenericGrid") that implies the store is declared in stores:["DemoApp.store.GenericGrid"] array probably in the application class.

this one helps. We had the same problem at work, to be honest it can be an evident problem in most JQuery if you have loads of it on the page. To ensure that it's only shown when it's actually ready we initially hide the parent tab container like so:
code :
<div id="tabs" style="display: none;">
$(function () {
    $("#tabs").tabs();

    $("#tabs").css("display", "block");
});

Hope this helps I think your issue is that all of the windows are using the same store.
What you probably want to do is use a new store for each window, with each store using the same model.
code :
onChooseNewIpAddress                    : function (button) {
    // Launch the get new ip window.
    Ext.create('Portal.view.GetNewIp', {
        title       : 'Get New IP',
        constrain   : true

    }).show();
 }

fixed the issue. Will look into that further Here's a grid: , Column doesn't have a mapping property. Use dataIndex.

To fix the issue you can do You will have to use reconfigure method of grid instead of just assigning columns and store like this in handleSelectQueryResult function of ReportsController.js.
code :
 grid.columns = _columns; //will not work
 grid.store = queryStore; //will not work
var grid = Ext.ComponentQuery.query('#dynamicGridId')[0]; //or var grid = Ext.getCmp('dynamicGridId');
grid.reconfigure(queryStore, _columns);

it helps some times ClientTemplate is applied before the final table is rendered. You need to use the dataBound event with the following js:
code :
function onDataBound(e) {
        var columns = e.sender.columns;

        var rows = e.sender.tbody.children();
        for (var ri = 0; ri < rows.length; ++ri) {
            var row = $(rows[ri]);
            var cell = row.children().eq(2);
            cell.css({
                "background-color": e.sender.dataItem(row)['MarketColor']
            });
        }
    }
