like below fixes the issue That's because you exceeded the maximum number of fields for a single tuple (18), here is what the Play doc says:
code :

hope this fix your issue , I solved problem adding the following imports in controller file:
code :
import play.api.i18n.Messages.Implicits._
import play.api.Play.current
GET        /archive/new         @controllers.Application.addPost
POST       /archive             @controllers.Application.createPost
class Application @Inject() (val messagesApi: MessagesApi)
  extends Controller with I18nSupport{
 ...
}
too many arguments for method apply: (car: play.api.data.Form[models.CarroFormData])

To fix this issue I have this error bellow and can't find the solution or how to debug what's being passed to apply. Can anyone help? , At your controller code:
code :
def add = Action { implicit request =>
  CarroForm.form.bindFromRequest.fold(
    // if any error in submitted data
    errorForm => Ok(views.html.admin.index(errorForm, Seq.empty[Carro])),
    data => repo.create(carro.name, carro.description, carro.img, carro.keywords).map { _ =>
      // If successful, we simply redirect to the index page.
      Redirect(routes.application.index)
    }
  )
}
Ok(views.html.admin.index(errorForm, Seq.empty[Carro]))
@(car: Form[CarroFormData])(implicit messages: Messages)
Why do I get the error "wrong number of type arguments" when I use hyper::Client in my method signature?

I wish this help you Look at the documentation for Client: Client is a generic type which depends on two type parameters: a connector type C and an optional body type B. You would need to specify which type parameters apply to the Client that you return, except that in your specific case it looks like you want to return either a Client or a Client depending on the URI scheme. You can't do that, period.
Depending on how you intend to use your get_client function, you can wrap the return value in an enum:
code :
enum MyClient {
    HttpClient (Client<HttpConnector>),
    HttpsClient (Client<HttpsConnector>),
}
impl MyClient {
    pub fn get(&self, uri: Uri) -> ResponseFuture {
        match self {
            HttpClient (c) => c.get (uri),
            HttpsClient (c) => c.get (uri),
        }
    }
}

fn get_client(uri: Uri) -> MyClient { /* … */ }
trait MyClient {
    pub fn get(&self, uri: Uri) -> ResponseFuture;
}
impl<C> MyClient for Client<C> {
    pub fn get(&self, uri: Uri) -> ResponseFuture {
        Client<C>::get (&self, uri)
    }
}

fn get_client(uri: Uri) -> Box<MyClient> { /* … */ }
