wish help you to fix your issue Well, if you don't use generics, you get to cast each time. You would have to:
code :
// if raw List
MyClass c = (MyClass) myClassList.get(0);
// if List<MyClass>
MyClass c = myClassList.get(0);
public <E extends RuntimeException> E get(final Class<E> c,
    final Throwable t)
    try {
        return (E) getHandle(c).invokeExact(t);
    } catch (Error | RuntimeException e) {
        throw e;
    } catch (Throwable oops) {
        final RuntimeException exception = new IllegalStateException(oops);
        throw exception;

help you fix your problem I think that the type constraint by value (struct) or reference (class) has to be at first place, just like the new constraint has to be the last if they are more than one.
Also the constraint by itself doesn't make much sense, Stream is a class, T will be a reference type (class) only by that constraint, so basically it's quite redundant.

may help you . Essentially type safety and convenience.
Java implements its generics by a mechanism known as type erasure which effectively replaces the generic definition with a non-generic definition at compile time. The reason this was done was to maintain API compatability between 1.4 and 1.5 - the collections API may well have been updated but if you accessed it in a non-generic way in 1.5 it would work the same.

I hope this helps you . I come across this syntax in Java , Most of the time, when a method is generic, for example:
code :
public static <T> Optional<T> absent()
Optional<String> opt = Optional.absent();
Set<Object> set = Collections.singleton("foo");
Set<Object> set = Collections.<Object>singleton("foo");

Any of those help
I've seen the first usage a few times, and it seems to provide no benefit, which begs the question: why use it?

Does that help Problems with your ObjectBag that are 'automaticaly' solved by the type safety offered by your GenericBag implementation:
Accessing an entry returns Object, at this stage you do not know of what type Object is. You can insert any types of Objects (mixed) e.g a String and an Integer into the same list, this is an anti pattern and causes non readable code (try it with your Generics bag!) Because your compiler knows the type of your GenericBag after you have declared it, at any stage of your code if you hover over your genericBag instance you will know its type, this makes your code more readable and also extendable for other people
code :
public class GenericBag<T extends Number>
