wish helps you You need to create an aggregator project. See the link for more information on the aggregation concept.
Basically, you create a parent project containing several "modules". When building the parent, the modules automatically gets built as well.

will be helpful for those in need Use the element as described in Example 5 of the Introduction to the POM:
code :
<project>
  <parent>
    <groupId>company</groupId>
    <artifactId>parent</artifactId>
    <version>1.0-SNAPSHOT</version>
    <relativePath>.../parent/pom.xml</relativePath>
  </parent>
  <modelVersion>4.0.0</modelVersion>
  <groupId>company</groupId>
  <artifactId>child</artifactId>
  <packaging>war</packaging>

it fixes the issue The first important thing is you should create the structure of your project appropriate to the modules structure which means having the following folder structure:
code :
+-- parent
      +-- PValidationJaxb
      +-- PValidation
      +-- PImport
      +-- PTerminal
      +-- PWebService
      +-- PEAR
<modules>
    <module>PValidationJaxb</module> <-- jar
    <module>PValidation</module> <-- ejb
    <module>PImport</module> <-- war
    <module>PTerminal</module> <-- war
    <module>PWebService</module> <-- war
    <module>PEAR</module> <-- ear
</modules>
mvn -pl module clean package

code :
mvn clean package -pl sub_module -am
mvn clean package -pl sub_module -amd <== (confirmed by the OP)
-am, --also-make
-amd, --also-make-dependents
mvn clean install only builds parent module, child modules are not getting build in multi module maven project

With these it helps The problem is that Maven is not seeing your modules directive, because the profile is not active. To run using a profile, give the profile an id and specify it on the command line, as follows:
code :
mvn install -Pmy-profile
<profile>
  <id>my-profile</id>
  <modules>
    <module>demo-child1</module>
    <module>demo-child2</module>
  </modules>
</profiles>
<profile>
  <id>my-profile</id>
  <activation>
    <activeByDefault>true</activeByDefault>
  </activation>
  <modules>
    <module>demo-child1</module>
    <module>demo-child2</module>
  </modules>
</profiles>
<project xmlns="http://maven.apache.org/POM/4.0.0"
  xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
  xsi:schemaLocation="http://maven.apache.org/POM/4.0.0 http://maven.apache.org/xsd/maven-4.0.0.xsd">
  <modelVersion>4.0.0</modelVersion>

  <groupId>com.demo.parent</groupId>
  <artifactId>demo-parent</artifactId>
  <version>0.0.1-SNAPSHOT</version>
  <name>demo-parent</name>
  <description>demo</description>
  <packaging>pom</packaging>

  <modules>
    <module>demo-child1</module>
    <module>demo-child2</module>
  </modules>

  <build>
    <plugins>
      <plugin>
        <groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
        <artifactId>spring-boot-maven-plugin</artifactId>
      </plugin>
    </plugins>
  </build>
</project>
